How strange! I am just finishing the brim (adding wire to stiffen it) from Make & Do's Rancher Hat pattern :) I am going to have to give this one a go too. I had used Lily Sugar & Cream for that hat bc that stuff is super stiff! It really does keep its shape on its own.
I wear hats year round. I have Lion Brand. Coboo yarn (3 weight) it's 50% cotton 50% Rayon from Bamboo viscose. Could that be used? I've had it in my stash for a while. Thanks for the tutorial Mikey.💕

If the hat is too small, you need to increase your hook size. I'm unsure what big head means for sizing but increasing the hook size will increase the hat.

How can I make is so it will fit my big head?

Tried making this but it’s way to big for my head. For hats for me I can only go to 66 stitches
I’m sorry. You can reduce your hook size by one size to reduce it size if it’s way too big for you.
