The part about discipline and consistency is SO TRUE. I wasnt like that at all in high school but these last three yesrs, I've been so consistent in working, doing assignments, etc. even my friends and family are surprised. And I'm so thankful I decided to get my shit toegether. Now I need that discipline for the gym though 😭😭

My glow up is getting more and more better cause I have diabetes type 1 and it's difficult cause you have to watch your sugar and watch what you eat and so far my A-1c is doing really good because I'm working hard to achieve my goal the reason why I'm doing this cause I wanna be the first one to rid of diabetes type 1
And I'm also a adult to who's also starting college so I'm setting up goal for myself yes there is school as well but there is also adult stuff as well I have time to check my sugar and eat and read my book and I'm also taking the driver's test so I'm also studying for that and my mental health as been good as well thak you for this video❤
