For a game that has very few baked in combos, its insanely deep and thats why I love it. I will probably never be top tier but it doesn't matter cause ranked is actually kinda genius and I always feel challenged. Vids like this give me hope as a Ryu main (and your tutorials), subbed.
Great analysis as always, such a helpful insight that differentiates the function of Ryus standing hp and crouching mp can achieve when utilize properly
11:07 "As a Ryu player you have to walk in a lot" - word. I find that when I'm struggling it's always because I am not bringing the neutral to my opponent and demanding that they play it. Even in diamond you can walk people to the corner because they are so uncomfortable up close. Ryu must play neutral to get those big hits with HP and solar plexus.
There's something so satisfying about seeing a match where AngryBird plays Ken and BigBird plays Ryu.
Would have been more satisfying if they switched characters cause AB is the Evo Champion and BB is the runner up of 2019

That cr. Mp is OP. I started using it much more often, and it's starting to be my secret weapon.

Amazing to me how little the top players jump (for obvious reasons). So hard to have that discipline.
Machoor, when will be the next time you stream sf6?
I don't think Ryu is broken. I would say none of the top players like Tokido even use him
