Wow. What an incredible place loved the Quorum and the finishing touches by Karl 🤣. My dad lived at Newton Stewart when he was alive and I’ve never been. So I’m really loving your exploration in his neck of the woods. Drone footage and photos were lovely. Nice pic of you Helen looking all pensive by the window. Hope Nanook isn’t feeling too bad with his poorly leg and midge fest. Take care E 🧙♂️x
It's a great area for exploring so glad you're enjoying them. The window ledges made great pews to sit and look at the view lol. Nanook is much better now, thanks. Been good the last few days or so.😊
Beautiful places visited with interesting history and art. Looks like a perfect spot to spend the night, especially to take Nookie Monster for a walk too that's not too strenuous. Another lovely vlog.💖
Can't start the day proper without a cuppa tea! A top bit of dry wall repair work there beautiful. Lovely to be out in the middle of nowhere soaking it all up, fab drone footage...enjoyed it!
Yep, gotta have a cuppa before the day begins. It's a great area and never very busy. And meant to be a great campsite at Loch Ken near by if you're ever in the area. Thanks for watching, much appreciated.😁
Stunning scenery beautifully filmed as always, really like the wild flowers . Karl is very professional with the drone , as well as being the words strongest man ! Hehe . Many thanks, Byyeee 🚐👍
Very 👍.Well done straining in the cause of maintenance. I found the Forestry Commission down there was very generous for vans and tents. Free it seems.
Liked this one again. Scotland is so beautiful and some really interesting places that you didn’t end up visiting lol! Hope Nookie is ok - Sally sends him hugs and kisses. Great music again as well. All the best Mal, Dave and Sally the Lab aka The SilvertopMotorhomers x
Thanks you three. Nanook has been much better the last few days and walking further too which has been good. I will tell him she sends hugs and kisses lol.🐕
Welcome to the gun show haha. Amazing to think that Murray’s house was just built up from stone with no cement, built them to last and completely agree the views he had were glorious.
Such a small home too, and such humble beginnings. Just shows education doesn't make intelligence. Yes, he certainly had beautiful views to wake up to.
You're such a poser Helen sitting in that window. lol. 😍 Yet another great video and scenes around Scotland. Nice one both. Give Nanook a fuss from me. 🐺
I weren't sitting on the grass with ticks around lol, got enough being midged to death. It's another great park up in the same area, it's fab. We really like this one as it had the nice half hour walk for Nanook without being too strenuous with his dodgy leg. I'll give him some lovings from his uncle Andy 🤣🐕
Another cracking video ….. art installation at its finest Karl is about to collapse any your laughing - midlands humour at its best. Can’t believe you edit on the phone so even more impressive managing all those large files …. Great location again I can see the nc500 will be second to the Raymond 500
It cracked me up with him straining lol. Nearly burst a blood vessel 😂 Yes I've always done it on my phone so I'm used to it now. It's more like 5 miles for most of these locations lol, infact they're probably even closer to each other than that.
Lovely vid and interesting bit of history. Absolutely love those stone art faces and well done finding the last part! Impressive that you edit such good videos on your phone. I wouldn’t know where to start when travelling.
Thanks Sue. Yeah we came across the heads a couple of years ago but only saw the two, not the ones above the fireplace, which is why we knew there was one missing. Glad Karl found it. I wouldn't have a clue with a laptop honestly. I like to chill on the sofa editing...which is why the sofa has a big arse dent in it 🤣 I kid you not!
Karl! You're so strong! Lol. Well done for putting it back! Well done Helen for sorting out your vid! It's a right pain in the arse when it doesn't go according to plan innit! Always scared I'm gonna loose it and have to start again! Take care! Xx
Lol, I know, he's like He-Man ain't he 🤣 I've lost footage on the last and it's so annoying. You still in Scotland? Been trying to watch RUclips only the reception on Karl's drive is really bad.
What a great place to spend the night and a lovely walk to Alexander Murray's birthplace too. You trying to get to the waterfall 😆 Funny. Great sculptures. Hope you've sorted your issues out with your app.
A nice bit of walk through the forest and up to the monument. Great to see Karl become the contributor to the art (that is very kind of you!). Coincidently I just did a drone video for Wellington Monument (recently restored), which had a similar view and walk. Another nice vlog, Keep going!
We enjoyed this. You have been finding some lovely spots. Sorry to hear about the tech problems. I was surprised to hear you are doing all the editing on your phone. Respect, that is not easy. I do mine on a bigger screen and even that hurts my eyes. Stay safe and thanks for sharing 👍
There are so many places to park up there, it's brilliant, and all so close together too. It's a very interesting area. Yep, wish I'd never updated, it's taking me twice as long unfortunately. Might have to invest in a new phone. Yes, people are always surprised when they find out I use my phone. I'm OK as long as I wear my specs lol.
@@roaminginraymond don’t know how you do it! I film/ photograph on my phone, Graham usually does his bit on the GoPro and drone. But all editing thus far has been from the comfort of a laptop 🤣. You youngsters with good eyes eh 😂. Really impressed.
Watchya Helen x Karl Luvlyjubbly vlog again guys x Mr Murrey may have been well self educated but even I, a daft Brummie, could see that ya need a roof on ya pad Bro 😂👍 Ticked or Midged I’ll pass on both 🥲😜 Oh and that carved stone that Karl, like a hero returned is it me or was that face his doppelgänger ??? Safe Travels #teambrummies Hugs 🐶👊👍🥰🚐🚐👍👍🏴
Lol Stephen, yep bet he thought he was looking in a mirror 🤣 Sad thing is Mr Murray died of TB the following year which is a damn shame and only in his late thirties too. But it's a cracking park up for heading North or making your way back south. So many in the area and all within a few minutes of each other. Safe travels to you too Stephen and look forward to seeing you on the road again.❤️
It wasn't too bad at this particular park up for some reason. We'd had a fair few further up the road. Great place to stop though. Really peaceful even during the day with just the odd car arriving.
Wow how cool to see faces in the rocks. Well done Karl. Murry mount is impressive. Nice stream leading from it. Ive been using i movie for editing. I do use dji to transfer though
He cracked me up but I'm sure it was very heavy lol. Yeah, they're cool, as is the Monument. Where I turned back at the river, you follow the track and it takes you to the Monument. You can also walk to Black Loch from there.
Love you finding all these gems in the Forests. Heading up to North East England in a week or two myself then possibly into Scotland. I want to do it, but I know it's going to be busy. Maybe we will cross paths. Take care.
We may well do. We're off to the East Mids and into Yorkshire for a couple of weeks, then back for my sons birthday and then back to Scotland in mid September.
@@roaminginraymond Hmmm, very interesting. I am at Malvern show then quick stop in Bakewell before heading to Scarborough near end of month. Heading up coast from there.

Thank you very much. Hope you're well too.😊
Great stone sculptures by Baker, wonderful! 🗿💯🌞🙋
There are so many gray days there as we know...🎭😁✨
Yeah, they're fab, even if some idiot had knocked one over lol. They're very well done.
