can you do a pros and cons of doing FBM? I am thinking of holding on to some items and sending it from my place directly since it would make me more money. Thanks!
Pros: You can sell it today and ship to customer ASAP, vs waiting on your FBA shipment to arrive and the price may go down. You can also easily return merchandise to stores if needed (not recommended) - You make a little more due to less fees, You have more control over returns and customer service Cons: more work, more space required, if you go on vacation you have to put your store on vacation as well or have late orders, potentially lower sales prices due to not being fba, less amazon fees, less sales volume

I literally don't know how you can make a living with FBA. There has to be some method I'm not aware of because after shipping and Amazon fees it's literally 50% of your profits. If I find a deal that's $20 then sell it on Amazon for $40 I'll only make $10 basically..
You’re seeing it from a dollar perspective vs a % perspective. $10 profit from a $20 purchase is 50% roi which is really good. You flip that 50% roi multiple times then you’re 500%x roi after a certain point. You have to do this with 10s if not hundreds of items to make a living out of this.

What's up, I got you on a few questions here but if you wanna do a half hour consultation I'm sure I can answer everything you need and give you the answers you didn't even know you needed
Hi, thanks for all your help to make our lives better. What I wonder is, if Amazon asks invoices from us to check the originality of the products, will the walmart or amazon invoices help? Are they enough?
Great info! When you calculate profit margin to decide if it's a good product to sell, do you take into account sales tax or just the product sticker price you bought from Costco?
Maybe a caveat to this question, if you legally classify yourself as a reseller, you might be able to avoid sales tax. May actually depend on who's selling the product, don't expect everyone at a register to know how to do it. You may actually have to approach a manager with your reseller permit and have them ring the item up for you. As the seller, you're going to have to charge Sales Tax now, so another level of accounting you'll need to incorporate. But anything you do to cut down on your expenses means more money in your pocket. *This is just a FYI & not legal or accounting advice 😃
Hi. I'm just starting, can I use my Amazon seller account instead of inventory lab for now ? Do you have video on how to do it on Amazon seller account ?
Yes you can and no I don't. They change the dashboard and the process quite often, but it's fairly easy to walk through. There's little tips to guide you on the way and amazon has some decent free help stuff to point you in the right direction
Thanks for the informative video. Please guide how to create listing for these branded products to sell it to customers once they reach to amazon warehouse. How to optimise that new listing or get attach to already existing listing's?
Fantastic videos! Hearing about your past and how far you have come is very inspiring. Out of curiosity... I haven't seen Lego in stock at Costco in stores but I noticed they have some online. The only problem is, is that they are nearly the same price as on Amazon! Would it still make sense buying some anyhow with good rankings in hopes that everything will go up for Xmas?
Hello, Thank you for the Videos. I like it. Its very practical. :) Can I ask you a question ? (16:37) You say lowest FBA offer - 78.95. Why is it lowest price ? I see it highest number. :) Thank you.
Hello everyone so I recently sent out my first few units, I did track them everything was well until the last step in shipping. Then there were discrepancies found , I made sure I did everything right. Im wondering once I sent out my products do if receive a email to make my listing active or anything I have to do after shipping my items out? Thanks!
@@ReezyResells I was told my listing was deleted, I don’t know why weird discrepancies keep occurring. Im going to try something els than inventory lab and see how it goes , my products were sent back .
@@marcusmoore9231 my guess is you did something weird when you were confused about what was going on. Are you sure you didn't delete it and try to relist it and then send it in on the one you deleted? Things like this are usually human error
Reezy what up man hey I have a question for you about shipping. So I have like 25 or 30 slow cookers need to ship. Should ship them in boxes or try to ship on a pallet?
Hey Reezy, I am curious if there is any way to get your restock limit raised quickly... I just hit mine and have to wait a few days to sell enough to send a shipment out. It's kinda making it hard to grow
Nobody knows. But I think what’s becoming to be understood is that by only sending FBA items that are selling in 90 days or less, you can mostly not worry abiut it, or get it raised ongoing
I didnt really look at it. in the grand scheme of things it doesnt matter. If the fees go up too much we have to charge more, if the customers arent willing to pay that price, the stock level of those items will drop and if amazon wants those items in stock, they will pivot and adjust fees as needed to incentivize us to restock
Hey I just watched your video and I had a question to ask you do I need to upload anything that I’m selling retail into that platform that you were using and then to Amazon do you recommend the video was a year old so I still want to see if that’s the standard that you do when you buy retail arbitrage. Just trying to put all the bits and pieces together I’m gonna go out and experiment doing this and I was thinking about setting up an individual account until I start showing more than 40 products a month because I as of yet did not set up an LLC, would you recommend that as well starting with an individual account or how did you start off?
I understand what you’re doing and I feel it’s great. But I’m confused on the shipping with respect to the bar codes. I get amazon tells you where to send it but how do they know it’s yours to get to your account without changing the bar code on the items in the box.
Taking a swing at this. I believe when you setup your sellers account, as part of that, you'll need to get your own personal barcode that identifies you & your store. Like a VIN# on a vehicle, it will identify you, the product you're selling, and possibly a few other items of interest. Once the shipment arrives, and here's only guessing, it gets scanned to show it arrived, then each item is removed from the box and given a new barcode. This one has a batch code, seller info, and where it's going to be stored in the warehouse. Amazon's system will then probably convey it to that bin/shelf for storage and update inventory. A very advanced warehouse would probably operate like either an egg farm or soda machine. When someone ordered that, one box would be ejected into a central conveyor, and the item would make its way down the belt, getting placed into an Amazon shipping box, taped up, new barcodes, and then that's out the door to the shipping truck. All without anyone touching the box after the initial unwrap.
good stuff bro! How do you become Tax Exempt at Costco and Marshalls? Do you just buy them regular and then request for the taxes to be paid back to you? I was looking for information but I couldnt find a way

I need to be my own boss.
Like the vid, very informative
Hey man i really love your videos and kinda look up to you and would love some 1on1 advice 🙌🙏🏽i need a mentor like you
What's up, I got you on a few questions here but if you wanna do a half hour consultation I'm sure I can answer everything you need and give you the answers you didn't even know you needed
I wish i would have watched this sooner. Already bought a Dymo label maker!
Hi, thanks for all your help to make our lives better. What I wonder is, if Amazon asks invoices from us to check the originality of the products, will the walmart or amazon invoices help? Are they enough?
That’s my question Alain

Thanks for all your video… I’m planning to do OA too.
I have been watching your videos basically the whole year. I finally got my account set up and have been doing my best to make this work.
Did it work?
You’re saving my life
This was extremely helpful thank you
Thank you for the great content.
I'm new to your channel and I think it's awsome your sharing how to do this I want to be my own boss also thx
No, never blind guess like that. Always leverage data to make decisions
I recently watched your video. Amazing. Where do you get those big boxes?
Hello, Thank you for the Videos. I like it. Its very practical. :) Can I ask you a question ? (16:37) You say lowest FBA offer - 78.95. Why is it lowest price ? I see it highest number. :) Thank you.
You da man Reezy!

Hello everyone so I recently sent out my first few units, I did track them everything was well until the last step in shipping. Then there were discrepancies found , I made sure I did everything right. Im wondering once I sent out my products do if receive a email to make my listing active or anything I have to do after shipping my items out? Thanks!
It will go active once it gets received and processed at a fulfilment center
@@ReezyResells I was told my listing was deleted, I don’t know why weird discrepancies keep occurring. Im going to try something els than inventory lab and see how it goes , my products were sent back .
@@marcusmoore9231 my guess is you did something weird when you were confused about what was going on. Are you sure you didn't delete it and try to relist it and then send it in on the one you deleted? Things like this are usually human error
Reezy what up man hey I have a question for you about shipping. So I have like 25 or 30 slow cookers need to ship. Should ship them in boxes or try to ship on a pallet?
More importantly how did you get ungated for lego?
by getting an invoice from a supplier. Watch this video ruclips.net/video/5CDLbk0BGI0/видео.html&ab_channel=ReezyResells
How long does it usually take you to sell items after posting them? I wanna try it but im afraid about the items never selling
Check keepa graph
Hey Reezy, I am curious if there is any way to get your restock limit raised quickly... I just hit mine and have to wait a few days to sell enough to send a shipment out. It's kinda making it hard to grow
Nobody knows. But I think what’s becoming to be understood is that by only sending FBA items that are selling in 90 days or less, you can mostly not worry abiut it, or get it raised ongoing
Wait how did you make profit when you paid 2k+ for the legos and after selling all units you get 1800????
Any thoughts on the upcoming 2022 FBA fulfillment fee changes?
I didnt really look at it. in the grand scheme of things it doesnt matter. If the fees go up too much we have to charge more, if the customers arent willing to pay that price, the stock level of those items will drop and if amazon wants those items in stock, they will pivot and adjust fees as needed to incentivize us to restock
@@ReezyResells nice!
Does he tell his RUclipsrs that Amazon will block their account if they can’t provide an invoice ? (I’m not talking about a receipt from Walmart)
I was looking for information but I couldnt find a way
Thanks for the video I just sighed up . Lets see how it goes
