Retail Arbitrage not anymore....not good. The retailers have caught on.
Exceptional presentation. You asked all of the questions I had. Love your style. Hope your channel and retail arbitrage efforts make you some bub!
The only video that mentions the cons/things you have to watch out for like gated brands. Every other video just says oh yeah, this profitable and that’s it. Thanks for sharing!
Super happy you found value in our video! Thank you for your comment!
I learned so much game from this!! More videos like these please!!

Really great video. Buddy knows his stuff
Did you see our sit down interview with J-Wack after he got shut down?
Great content! Randomly found your channel, very happy I did!
Appreciate you man! Hope to see you back with a few friends!
Thanks for the video. Our numbers are very similar and it's an awesome side gig. I've been doing it since 2012.
Great video! Good info from JWack! 👍🏽👍🏽
Glad you liked it! Please don't forget to like, follow and stay tuned for more useful videos! 🙌
Very informative video, we have always done ebay and marketplace, with just pallet sales but this opens up a lot of ideas for us. Thanks for sharing Damian will be in touch soon for another truckload possibly.
There are almost TOO many ways to make money! As long as you are using all these avenues there are plenty of income streams!
Great vid!!!!
The video is only as great as the people watching it! Thank you for being here!
What they don’t mention is that that hourly profit is just an estimate because they don’t mention price tank and returns
That's a valid point! Hourly profit can fluctuate based on various factors like price drops and returns, which are crucial to consider in any business model. I appreciate you bringing this up-it's important to highlight both the potential and the challenges in this industry. Thanks for watching!
22:24 You didn’t watch the whole video. He does mention it.
Hey Damian! Great videos! I think I ran into him once at your store a couple years back and talked about Amazon. I think I may try it. Ebay's been good to me (so far)... :)
Hey there! That's awesome to hear. Come visit us at the warehouse!
Hi guys awesome job, would be great if you could show us how that will be shipped to Amazon with different product in one box and setup on seller account for selling much appreciated.
Great video, i started a couple months and really can relate to your strategy alot. Ross is by far my favorite spot and there are 5 within about 15 minutes of me so works for my business model. I sweep through burlington super quick though, always higher prices and the bar codes getting covered is so annoying!
Happy to hear you enjoyed it! Is Ross and Burlington the only way you source?
Amzn will suspend your account in no time. 90% in this video is BS straight.. Dealing with these Penny items not worth it, even if you get it for free..
Great video. Although, I would say you're doing it more than Part Time in some people's mind.
So true on the diff btwn eBay and AMZ...so much data and predictability on AMZ
Do you sell on AMZ?
@NiceFindWholesale not right now, trying to re-activate my acct.
@@thekoshertourist so is he ...
Great video! Do you have to ungated the products before going to the store?
No. That is more so just for listing the item.
Great video i am mainly an ebay seller and a lot of the products he picks are horrible to sell on ebay while he skips the shoes and pants etc which is where i eat at Ross... awesome perspective i feel like ebay and amazon are equally as hard. Easy to find things to sell but it is about getting that return to get more... but ive found if you strictly source good items they will sell the mid stuff will sit eventually sell maybe but you really cant afford to sit on an item for a year
Like the video 🎉
🔥
🫵 the man!
Do you have Universal Product Codes (UPCs) for all your products? What does that mean
How long it will take to sell ?
I didnt realize it was a grind like this. In stores scanning. I thought i could find deals online but it seems this is the way.
Depends on the reselling model you want to run. Resellers source there products in many ways! Are you looking to get into the business?
@@NiceFindWholesale Yup, just started considering this as a side hustle. Heck maybe all I do if I can figure it out.
This video was full of great info that helped me put things into perspective, at least for starting out.
I think today will be my first official day, as I will be visiting a few stores to see if I can find something, anything I can make a few bucks on.
$100 bucks an hour would be awesome!
I'm primarily going to sell on eBay, though it seems Amazon might be easier with the various apps and clear lowest price to compete with. Ebay seems more of a gamble with dozens of separate listings.
Do you know of any apps or anything to make selling on eBay comparable to Amazon? Keepa for example is huge help but eBay doesn't have this sort of assist as far as I know.
You can do arbitrage both online and retail. Lots of videos out there with information on both. Do some research before getting discouraged instantly
@@jakobkennedy3834 I totally understand what you are saying. I'm not discouraged per se. I'm looking for a path of least resistance for starting up with what I'm able to do. In my research I've found I probably expect tighter margins trying to flip stuff online from online. Whereas its easier to make a profitable run with a few visits to a local store.
Deals everyone is privy to isn't a great reseller fast if at all. That is essentially why the margins will be tighter. In store everyone is still privy, but only some folks get off their rump and go find it. I am aware!
I'm still researching, I haven't tried anything yet. And yes, watching tons of videos and chatting everyone who is happy to share some perspective along the way. Good vibes my brotha! 👍🍀🇺🇸
@@Rizik1986 ✅ Me...
Hi thanks for the content!
Do you have literature that you can point me to regarding all things legal (concerning being a reseller)? Especially potential tax breaks!
Thanks in advance!
Hey there, great question! While I can't provide legal advice myself, there are some excellent resources out there for resellers. You might want to check out the IRS website for information on tax obligations and potential deductions for small businesses. It's always a good idea to consult with a tax professional to get advice tailored to your specific situation. Good luck with your reselling journey!🙂
You passed by a pair of Hoka Shoes at Ross. ( over 100.00. Love this video though.
curious to know why he was using seller central when he's got selleramp which has much more information - or was it just for this video to show that you don't really need extra software?
Have you checked out J-Wacks channel?
Last week I had an Ip complaint. There were 20 sellers right lol and everyone was kicked off. I wrote Amazon a letter and showed my Invoice from the company and I won. When I came back there were only 5 sellers.
Do you think the sellers were unable to provide proof of purchase?
Yes that’s one of the reasons.
Hey, I’ve tried selling Nike shoes.. but saying I need approval?
What state you guys from? I don't see any resellers around either. If I did see any I'd be surprised and chat them up even though they're my competition, lol.

If you want that Foreal operating engineers does pay that lol
How do you guys resell your inventory?
AMZ has gotten ridiculous with gating. They even have you take a video course to qualify to sell some product.
never realized what the retrurns meant for sellers until i became one
How do you flip products?
The hardest part is find the product
Shoot us a message with any questions you may have!
What app are you using for Amazon to scan 😊
Hey, it's Amazon seller scanner or sometimes called the Amazon barcode scanner app! 👍
Hi, are we not allow to sell shoes from Ross on Amazon?
There are some Reddit threads about this!:)
Yes! New sellers, please stop tanking the price! We can all share the buy box 7:58
Hey Eric do you only sell on Amazon?
@@NiceFindWholesale Yes
I'm having a hard time getting an explanation as to how losses can occur due to buying 10 items to obtain an invoice. If a product is bought from a wholesaler at a discount, why would a loss be incurred??? Is there some sort of fee that could make someone sell at a loss??? If this is the case, why don't all transactions in which products are being bought for the purpose of being resold lead to losses??? I hope my question is clear. Thanks.
10 units is not close to being wholesale.
The minimum wholesale order you’d find out there is like $3k.
Usually you buy 10 units from a reseller and just take the loss so it opens up more opportunities
Thanks so much!!! Wow, this is the most solid answer I've gotten yet. Much, much, appreciated. Have a great day.@@ephsee8669
Say you by 10 items for $5 a piece but you can only sell them for $8 a piece. After amazon fees you will take a small loss. But it’s worth taking a loss if it can help you get ungated in a good brand
You can also wait to get ungated in that category/brand and then return the 10 units to lose only your time 😊
Hi, I'm looking to get into the Arbitrage business. I keep hearing you say, "It's not on Amazon." ... Does that mean that I absolutely cannot sell on amazon? Or do you just prefer not to if it's not already listed?
It means it's not on Amazon and making a listing is a pain.
Why don’t you need to deduct Amazon’s delivery fees when calculating profits? After deducting the delivery fee, there is basically no profit.
If there was no profit thousands of people wouldn't be doing it!
@user-vf1qn3qu6s he shows the fee breakdown. It already calculates amazons delivery fee which is fulfillment fee in that calculation. He wouldn’t be buying something that wouldn’t profit him
how come you omit the part about paying sales tax at these retail stores. I know these stores dont accept a resellers permit
Every store is legally required to accept tax exempt status. Or you takes sales tax is deductions at the end of the year anyway so ... Not a real issue.
what am i missing. i dont understand why anyone would want to buy from amazon if the prices are higher with everyone putting their cut on.
I sell on amazon and a lot of the products I sell are cheaper then the actual retail price some are a little higher but people are lazy and don't want to find the deals or if they have to buy it online from the store brand it's self you have to wait 4+ days for shipping. Somwtimes You pay extra for the amazon customer service which loves and takes care of their buyers and you get 2 day free prime shipping.
@@stevemellos2658 thx steve that makes sense. i can see how their support for shipping be motivation for buyers and sellers.having sold on ebay previously both new and used from Australia. international shipping was the nail in the coffin there with min cost A$35 (US$60) we only have australia post
What app do you use on your phone that tells you the profit and selling ranks, etc.?
Selleramp
SellerAmp
Amazon seller app
so the profit is not included in material to ship?
Correct. If you choose FBM or FBA you'll need to determine the cost of shipping items.
Did they approve you for JBL if yes, please let me know the steps because I try my best 10 different invoices and haven’t get any luck to approve me. Thank you.
Everyone is RED RESTRICTED in JBL unless you are grandfathered in. J-Wack got his account deactivated and suspended. ✅ Me...
Hey there, getting approved for JBL can be challenging. Have you tried reaching out to their support team for guidance? Sometimes, they can provide specific steps or requirements to improve your chances of approval. Keep trying, and I hope you succeed soon! Good luck!
Do you use seller amp?
No
this is good but he has most things ungated already. The reality of this for new people is not too accurate. I started selling on Amazon couple weeks ago and man I have done HOURS trying to find products I am able to sell. Only those items that I get ungated at the moment. Overall it is insightful but it is not this simple and easy for new people.
I hear you, and I completely understand how daunting it can be, especially for newcomers. It's true that getting ungated can take time and effort, and it's not always as straightforward as it may seem. Keep at it, stay persistent, and continue learning. I believe with perseverance and the right strategies, you'll start seeing more success in finding products to sell. Make sure to follow us for more helpful videos! 🙂

So, here’s another approach to help get you going. Hit yard sales and stuff and find stuff to sell on eBay. Used stuff on eBay can get you going until you have more capital.
He said he makes 4k/mo, u said he makes 250k/yr…which one is it?
Hi @Becca14219! He's profiting 4k/mo on average with total sales of around 250k/yr :)
what app is he using?
Amazon Seller App
How is he undated in the category to sell random stuff without buying at least 10...?
You need to be ungated in categories and brands. But some you'll be auto ungated in through sales metrics.
How do you know which products are gated? Is there a list?
Are you selling on Amazon already?
Is it profitable on eBay too?????
Yes! Keep in mind you will be fulfilling all the orders yourself on eBay!
Dude! You haven't sold anything yet, so you didn't make any money yet.
Hi @jader2321! You can checkout his YT channel in the description box to know how he's killing it! :)
Don't record videos while you a driving. You took your eyes off the road multiple times. In some states, this is illegal. What are you, some kind of trendy?
Thanks for your concern! I always prioritize safety and take necessary precautions when recording. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to be mindful. 👍
@@NiceFindWholesale Glad to hear it. Driving is a complicated situation.
if you're manually scanning with your phone you're not making anywhere near $150/hour lmao. He made $30 profit in this video lmao.
Hey there! Scanning manually with a phone may not seem like it can generate that kind of income, especially when you look at individual videos. However, every bit of profit adds up over time!👌
I learned a lot from you guys, I just have a question how you gu can take an invoice from tj max cross burlington mashall,.. for ungate
Yo guys, is jwack got his Amazon account re instated yet. I was truly gutted for him when I watched his most recent video
The downside to selling on amazon, I’ve seen so many people get their accounts shut down. This why I stick to eBay and Poshmark only.
J-Wack is not back just yet
