Dude was found NOT GUILTY in a COURT OF LAW on these charges and even the DV case got thrown out (because it was bogus and there was no evidence). She found out he was dating another woman behind her back, went to his place and showed OUT, then called the cops and said all that stuff, and he was later found NOT guilty and the DV case thrown out because she was a woman scorned who made the whole thing up. The ONLY thing he's guilty of is lying/cheating and being a bad boyfriend. Which is not illegal. There's no evidence to back up her claims OR yours for that matter. I bet Amber Heard was telling the truth too and doesn't deserve any of the backlash. 👌🏼

I rewatched the original video, he never actually called Ronnie Radke a r*pist. Fantano just said Ronnie was harassing victims of SA on twitter while showing screenshots of him arguing with a woman on twitter who apparently accused him of assault (not SA). That feels like pretty weak grounds for a lawsuit imo, I reckon Ronnie is just trying to silence his critics.

You can't win in court because you don't like something that someone says about you. He wasn't arrested for rape because someone said something in a review. No one cancelled his shows because they believed what this other guy wrote. His feelings are hurt. That means nothing in court.

Yes, calling someone a domestic abuser when theyve never been found guilty of domestic abuse is grounds for a lawsuit, but calling someone an ALLEGED domestic abuser is not grounds for a litigation. Ronnie has no case.

I don't like fantano, but i will be very surprised if this lawsuit goes anywhere. Ronnie has to prove fantano knew that the allegations were false and fantano did not just do lazy research. Ronnie is a public figure, which means defamation is held to a much higher standard.

Please don't ever become a lawyer. All fantano said was that there have been SA allegations made against him, and there have. Fantano himself is not claiming SA against Radke, on his own or anyone else's behalf. Fantano is a music journalist. It is not defamation to claim the guy has had SA charges, and further more not defamation to publish himself questioning if where there's smoke there's fire. That's why it's about his fefe's. There is no legal grounds here in which a journalist can be charged with "defamation" when they are speaking, even in an opinionated way, about facts. In fact a defamation lawsuit would hold more ground against the woman he got into it with on Twitter, than it does Fantano who simply brought that interaction to light. Just cause you loser don't like freedom of the press and free speech, doesn't mean it's not real

He went for the next best thing (for him), but how TF can you criticize music if you couldn't even make it yourself. He is so clueless. Love or hate Ronnie (I am in the former group), there is no denying that what he is doing is genius and musically so so good.
He tends to be a bit pompous when it comes to his musical opinions. I don't get what makes him anymore qualified than anyone else to judge a piece of art. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. People put entirely too much stock into this guy's opinion. Don't get me wrong, I used to really like Anthony but he's gotten increasingly pretentious over the years... That's just my two cents.
And he's "spoken out" on several people in this way and I feel like somethings you just shouldn't comment on at all, at least until you have all the facts. I think he just doesn't like the guy and he wants to come off as the "I support all victims" type now. But supporting victims and backing up liars are two different things. At least make sure you know the facts first. He was found NOT guilty in a court of law on the SA and the DV charges were dismissed completely because they were unfounded. Just playing Devil's advocate here but is Fantano not just discussing current 'music news' in a journalistic way? Isn't that protected under free speech and RUclips copyright laws etc.? I think if you launch a lawsuit for defamation you have to also prove it has grievously affected your livelihood and reputation. It's not the easiest to prove. He'd have to prove shows were cancelled or music sales were impacted directly by Fantano's comments.
No he isn't discussing current news. He is discussing past allegations that have been dismissed in court or never brought up in court. And for this lawsuit he doesn't have to prove lost of sales unless there is a monetary amount he is asking for due to lose of income.
And I hope I am right on this but the point of a defamation lawsuit is to nip it in the bud BEFORE it becomes an issue. And if it has become an issue, than monetary value from loss of income can be asked for.

I’ve seen exactly one Fantano video and my immediate vibe was “Oh this guy makes polarizing and combative opinions just for the views .” I think Ronnie is one of the only people who is actually holding this kind of internet culture accountable. Sometimes I think Ronnie goes too far (not this case with Fantano), but I also think that’s necessary because playing it safe and in the middle would accomplish nothing at all

This is the prequel to a series of videos in the Ronniverse. Actually there is a long list of videos that can be watched in order to hear the story. He has a "trilogy " story that involves the songs that should be watched in order 1. LOSING MY MIND 2. LOSING MY life 3. DRUGS. The lastest videos they released also have an order to watch in.
