Good question @henriquelucas9625. There is a LOT of information that is no longer required to be "documented information" as of the 2015 release. From our perspective, if it is hard for the auditor to understand it will be even harder for stakeholders. What we recommend is to create a simple illustration (Tool #1 as a part of our 12 Tools methodology) that can be used to define the requirements of 4.1-4.4. You can watch an explanation of this tool at 10:50 or through this direct link - ruclips.net/video/hyqIIrmdHoE/видео.htmlsi=cDHIlefpp5JFOKqD&t=650. Good question! Thanks for asking.
If the standard doesn't require documented information for sections 4.1 and 4.2, what exactly will the auditor assess or audit?
