The Favorite is amazing and you chose a great frame. I love how calm the little girl is and her favorite's face makes me laugh everytime I look at it because you can almost hear his protest about being picked up. 😅 Tender moments is beautiful. I would rather have the magnets covered and a half inch is fine..❤

Thank you for the video. I love the finishes and your work is beautiful. The 1/2 thick f8nish for millhill is great. If you buy a tack frame for the work, they are that thick and are great and could be used to frame them as a finish.

Congratulations on finishing "The Favorite"! It looks awesome in that frame! Your tortoise tower turned out great as a phone case, too. I think 1/2 inch would be fine for the stitching frames for perforated paper. They are so cute! Love all the WiPs too and mushroom May sounds like a good plan. I don’t think having the magnets exposed will take away from the frame. It would help to make it thinner also.

Hi Amy I'm back was out of my stitchy bug for a little while but I am back in the groove. I started 32 new starts and plan on doing up to 40 maybe 50 (will see). I love seeing your progress on your cross stitching they are beautiful. You do such lovely stitching and I get not only ideas but I also have a wishlist too. Your woodwork is stunning. I liked all three. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless

The favorite is awesome! You cut it down to a smaller size perfectly. Swimming School is coming along amazingly. Can't wait to see that bad finished! It's so cool. Love the mill hill frames. I don't mind the small mill hills but the button and beads I could not do, I hate working on the paper at that size, a frame would be great. Half in would be fine I am sure, i personally would prefer the magnets covered.

having a thick frame would actually be better for me because the thin paper bothers my hands whereas the wooden hoop and that thickness of the hoop don't actually bother my hands/arms

So much goodness in this update Amy!! The Favorite is perfect!! The song lyrics you put on Humming of the Bees is perfect!! Very cool wood products! Lots of people use a-snaps which are very thick, so I don’t think a slightly thicker wood frame would be bothersome. So exciting! 😊 -Leah

Love your finish! I don't think a half inch is to thick for those frames. It's thinner than my q snap. I haven't ordered one but I've seen that type of product in a couple stores from the Ukraine on Etsy.

I would buy them in all the sizes :) I think the thickness you have it is good, its still thinner than the stretcher bars that some people use with Mill HIlls. Loved catching up with you!

I love your doggie stitch. I have the regular size that I want to finish one day... I will be trying to get rid of the background to make it more likely I will finish in my lifetime. :}~ Now seeing your finish, I might be amenable to crop his tail. I think the frames are just fine with the magnets exposed. At least, that's the way I would have them. I understand wanting to tweak it to make it perfect. At some point it's ok to just say they are good and share them with the world. You may never be completely satisfied with it because you care so much to get it just right. I suspect you are being a little too critical of yourself. Take care, happy stitching and tortoise. ❤

I think a half inch for the Mill Hill frames would be perfect, gives something to hold onto. I'd love to purchase one ❤️ I've been starting and working on a lot of Mill Hill kits lately.

Hi Amy.oh my the favouite is adorable, and looks great that size that frame. Love everything and oh 2 stitch stocking sounds great, yes probably cos not dimensions. Oh blue like the bird be good for her name! The bird is so pretty. Have to leave but back in a bit, groceries a day late.
The Mill Hill frame I ordered from Europe is 1/2 inch thick. I prefer having the magnets covered. It will be great to have a source here in America. It took forever to get the one from overseas. Glad you are going to offer sizes. I always enjoy seeing your progress on your wips. I also like brick houses so your brick house wall is very nice.

I have another totem and a wolf that is bigger than totem! And then ones i want to do now. Oh they the frames are all so cute might get me to a mill hill sans beads. Lol oh butterflies are sweet too! I bought it from an Etsy seller ( I can’t remember their name) that was from Russia so they are no longer on Etsy, sadly. I am hoping one day they will be able to come back because there were more in the series and I would love to stitch them all. ~ thank you for watching!
