Awesome purchase. Love everything about this watch. Classic indices layout and clean conspicuous dial- but tough like a Rolex OP or 39mm Explorer. I absolutely love the shorter hour/ minute hand style - because like the 1st bond seamaster and the 39 mm Rolex explorer Mk1 dials - you see the hands/time clearly and in a glimpse all the info in contained in a small field of view- so functional but also classic and universal. For me, its perfect and extremely versatile. Enjoy and thanks for the great channel. 👍

I bought a Baltic Aquascaphe with the “blue” dial. The blue didn’t come through at all and I sent it back, opting instead for the 556 I B, a brand with loads more history and a much much better watch.
Hello William. I've been drawn to this watch for sometime too, but was concerned that the crown would cut into my hand as the crown teeth appear sharp to me. Congrats!!!

I don't think you have to worry about that honestly. The watch sits on a way, that the crown don't really touch the wrist at all, at least on my wrist.

Really nice I think I would go for the black because it is so inky dark.
Hi I am considering this 556, is the blue dial as nice and rich in daylight without studio lights. In other words is it as nice in real life, looks like a deep royal blue. Also did you consider the fine link bracelet, I like the look but not sure how it would size as like adjustment links
