question . WS2812B has 3 connections .. you show only 2 connected how could it be? may i use ws2812b AND HOW TO connect them?

can i use led ws2812b 5050 addressable rgb neo pixel led. it is indivitual led. we can make ring by soldering 60 led.pl. help.
