Hundreds queue up for designer clothing sample sale pop-up

There were huge queues outside Manchester fashion brand The Couture Club's sample sale on Bank Holiday Monday as bargain hunters snapped up £5 deals.
Shoppers headed out early on Monday (May 6) as it took over a city centre street for the huge sale, with thousands of items of clothing, including hoodies, t-shirts, coats and tracksuits on offer.
Taking place until 4pm, it's a chance to shop products that are no longer available online, plus archive pieces and unreleased styles.
Queues formed early on this morning, meandering past Side Street Studios, round the corner onto Lower Byrom Street, past Barry's fitness studio and St John's Gardens. It stretched as far down as the Science and Industry Museum and where the street meets with Liverpool Road.
