Thanks for the instructional and while demonstrating from the very beginning _ you acknowledge you are using a competition size ( training Bell 4kg ) _ a sigh of relief when you also said you are using this light weight to demonstrate _ I was just watching a video where the person is using _ competition Kettlebells also but all the bells are identical in size from 4kg - 70kg _ they never mention the weight being used and no identification on the bells either _ and always do an effortless 12 minute routine _ which is great in posture but not necessarily in strength _ for a newbie learning not me _ a person really don't understand watching someone do a routine _ without breaking a sweat_ drinking any fluid _ perfect in every way and talking too and never no effort regardless the routine and none stop _ never out of breathe _ anyway _ thanks for being real

One other thing to_ I have my own gym at home and pump iron too_ a lot of routines such as _ Windmill and side press and snatched _ but to do too many in the same workout session can be over working that area for instance the shoulder so I switch my exercises a lot to not overtrain the same area _ I changed my routine today_ I switched over to do “ Landmine routines “ for a while _ I got all different handles and change up breaks the monotony of get bored do the same workout day in and day out_ back to da gym-

Could this be implemented as a basic, light warm up as well? I train BJJ and often time like today, my right shoulder is kind of messed up. I am usually trying to find good simple warm ups for the shoulders in particular.

Thanks so much for sharing! Im curious how bottoms up pressing movements compare to these type of kettlebell rotator cuff exercises?

There isnt anythingbdifferent in mechanica of a bottoms up press vs regular.slightly less internal rotation tension. Just is slower and tougher.

@@kettlebellmusclegain Thank you for clarifying! I have definitely been thinking of them as more of a rotator cuff specific exercise rather than a shoulder press variation. I will start to incorporate more of the exercises if your video for overall rotator cuff health. Much appreciated. I am newer to kettlebell (especially since Covid) and your channel has provided me with a ton of very useful information to get me going in the right direction and improve. Thanks again!
