Sarah Dunbar My friend has a violinist son there. Composition major I think. Bailey Anderson. That is awesome about going for your doctorate. Really enjoy your playing.
I apologize, I never saw this. I'm sure it is too late, but when performing any Aria such as this, always use fast air to keep your notes connected and phrase behind the long notes. And, plan your breaths (and write them in!) to make sure they are taken in strategic places that are well hidden and make sense with the phrases. Experiment with alternate fingerings, as needed, for intonation. Good luck!

The sax tone is really different in America compared to France, it's mind blowing
Very beautiful playing

Sarah Dunbar I know you're working on your master's. Are you wanting to perform/teach or both?
Both! I actually finished my master's and am now working on my doctorate :)

Great Perfomed. What's setup on sax (mpc, reeds, ligature, sax)?
Thank you! Selmer Reference 54 saxophone, Rousseau NC4 mouthpiece, BG metal traditional ligature, and Légère Signature Series size 3.5 reed.
@@DrSarahDunbar Wow, Great setup, and your Legere sounding like natural reed. Thank you for your answer. 🙂I'm subscribed to your channel.

I'm using this video to play along with. Do you have any tips? I'm practicing for Solo Ensemble.
So am I, do you have any tips since you already preformed it?
Angeles Esparza good luck! Just remember to make the dynamics stand out! That’s what’s helping me right now! Make this as pretty as you can!
