Update: i did experiments and it seems that hunter can have a constant 30-35m dps using earth chip - lucky - focused power on weapon + a power mod replacing pest on helmet so overall it is higher than his dps build in guide, not to mention a dragolich or ghost cat in use will increase it to 70m dps which is crazy, Another thing. I tried controller for him it didnt do as much sadly.
Yes it's almost the same, BUT. With Ev2 you can't buff yourself so you will need to change the armor mods from "Damage Buff chip" to "Light Chip", and for the weapon you could use "air superiority" or "wrath of the bat" instead of "lucky strikes".
Is replacing charged shot with gilded burning strikes bad for dmg? Helps with draken + not planning on using bouncing phoneix mod on weapon cuz i feel like it doesnt do much so i replaced it with earth chip 10, that another dmg loss?
It's unfair anyway that the barbarian and the mercenary are allowed to have 2 weapons and the others aren't. For example, you could say the Squirre and the Countess can have mods on their shield. the hunter gets a quiver. etc
i have bow of the phoenix, i saw ur video about the bows tier list but i'm still afraid of using it. i noticed how fast u kill mobs using the earth guardian, on the other hand phoenix one is very slow especially against final bosses that move a lot like the phoenix himself, and in order to clear lanes with it u gotta be kinda close for ur hits to land quicker. any final suggestions please ?
If you like Bow of the Phoenix use that. The dps difference is very small. My suggestion would be use the bow you enjoy the most. The difference between the #1 bow and the #5 bow is not that great. It's more about the rest of your build.

I love my hunter but i had no move speed and damn it feels slows unless you can #2 skill.
