  • Ditch the sad desk lunch! We'll show you a simple, no-fuss pasta recipe you can easily make at home and quickly assemble it with pre-prepped ingredients, right at your desk!
    Whip up a big batch of pasta at home and portion it into your trusty Borosil lunchbox.
    Sauce and Pasta-
    Ingredients:
    • 3 medium-sized onions
    • 6-8 garlic cloves
    • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
    • 1/2 tbsp oil
    • 2 tsp red chili flakes
    • 1/2 cup quartered mushrooms
    • 5-6 slit baby corns
    • 6-8 broccoli florets
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 2 tsp red chili powder
    • Handful of fresh basil leaves
    • 2 tsp jaggery powder
    • 1 cup pasta
    • Olive oil
    Instructions:
    1. Finely chop the onions and garlic cloves in a chopper.
    2. Puree the tomatoes in a Nutribullet.
    3. Heat oil in a Kadhai, add red chili flakes and sauté the chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
    4. Add mushrooms, baby corn, and broccoli florets. Toss well.
    5. Season with salt and black pepper powder, then add the tomato puree. Cook for a few minutes.
    6. Add dried oregano, red chili powder, fresh basil leaves, and jaggery powder. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
    7. In a saucepan, boil pasta with a pinch of salt and a little olive oil. Once cooked, drain and drizzle with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
    Garlic Bread-
    Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup softened butter
    • 6-7 shredded basil leaves
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp red chili flakes
    • 2 tsp chopped garlic
    • Bread slices
    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, shredded basil leaves, dried oregano, red chili flakes, and chopped garlic.
    2. Spread the mixture evenly on bread slices, then cut into pieces.
    3. Bake until the bread is golden brown and the butter has melted.
    Assembly-
    1. Pack the boiled pasta in one tiffin compartment.
    2. Place the sauce in a second compartment.
    3. Pack the garlic bread in a third compartment.
    4. In the last compartment, include Parmesan cheese shavings and chili flakes.
