    For Paneer Gravy-
    Ingredients:
    • 3 medium-sized onions
    • 1 medium-sized piece of ginger
    • 5-6 cloves of garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp oil
    • 1/3 cup mixed diced bell peppers
    • 1/3 cup green capsicum
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
    • 1 cup water
    • Salt to taste
    • Pinch of black pepper powder
    • 2 tsp jaggery powder
    • Handful of fresh basil leaves
    • 1/4 cup cornstarch slurry
    • 250g paneer cubes
    Instructions:
    1. In a chopper, finely chop the onions, ginger, and garlic.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables until the onions are translucent.
    3. Add the diced bell peppers and green capsicum, stirring well.
    4. Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white vinegar.
    5. Add water, salt, black pepper powder, and jaggery powder. Stir well.
    6. Incorporate the fresh basil leaves and cornstarch slurry. Mix thoroughly.
    7. Lastly, add the paneer cubes and cook until well combined.
    For Fried Rice-
    Ingredients:
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
    • 5-7 cloves of garlic, chopped
    • 100g mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • 6-8 baby corns, chopped
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp white vinegar
    • Pinch of white pepper powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 cup cooked rice
    • 1/2 cup steamed edamame
    • Handful of chopped spring onion greens
    • Splash of wine vinegar
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a Kadhai and add the chopped onions, garlic, mushrooms, carrot, and baby corns.
    2. Sauté the vegetables well.
    3. Add the soy sauce, white vinegar, white pepper powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
    4. Add the cooked rice and toss well to combine.
    5. Stir in the steamed edamame and finish with chopped spring onion greens and a splash of wine vinegar.
