have your tired the hvlp cap and what difference would you get using wb cap on solvent base?
i picked up black clear 1.3 and its definitely good, i picked up the silver edition ani and that was excellent finish as well. i wish i would of waited because this a better deal than the black

Hi Gunny, well you certainly can't knock the finish on the clear it looks mint, I have a friend in the UK who has just got one and I'm waiting on his thoughts but from what you have said here I think I may get one as some point.
Have you got the new WS400 series2 Gunny, I just picked on up with the digital gauge in the 1.3HD, man what I gun it just lays the clear on really nice plus they have fixed the fan issue so you can now run it full fan full fluid an the fan is wet all the way through the dry centre is fixed👌🙏👍

I have been considering getting the Ani Black 1.3mm Clear gun. I run Walcoms 360s, kombats, and an ego190 and I do really like them I just want to try something else for clear on bigger jobs

@adahoadaho5902 i ended up selling all my Walcom guns because they just didnt last with their derlin seals inside and switching to all three Devilbiss DV1 guns. I like them though the the DV1-C is a bit slow. I am thinking of selling the DV1-C and DV1-B and getting this skull edition because of the aircaps it comes with
I couldn't find any of your past videos on the walcom carbonio 360 HTE. I have read many posts on autobody groups saying that sprays better than GTI Prolite. I bought GTI few years ago from watching your videos. I use the T110 cap with 1.3 tip for clear. GPI for base. Like to get your opinion on the walcom thanks
Walcom are overpriced and they underperform if you ask me.

This gun didn't come out in silver. You probably have a different model like the F160

Thanks for your videos they are really appreciated I have learned a lot. Why do so many people push having a separate gun for Sealer/epoxy sealer , base and clear I understand a separate for high build primer. If I have for example a pro lite with a 1.2, 1.3 1.4 and like five different air caps they can use or even the Skull with its three caps is there any reason I couldn't use one gun for sealer, epoxy sealer, base and clear as long as I thoroughly cleaned the gun in between Thanks.
Basically it's convenience, for us who paint daily it's just easier to have loads of guns, each one with a specific use. But yes, you definitely can have one gun to rule them all 😜

Yeah they definitely do, probably 2-3 business days it should be there. They use DHL express so it's pretty fast.

Have you heard about the new Iwata line . Kiwima 4 that supposedly replaces the w400 ??
The W400 is done. Kiwami4 takes its place. Other new Iwatas are taking other guns' places as well.
Kiwami4 is killer and affordable
@@asheetuglasse what's ironic is the Bellaria (its predecessor) was far more affordable than now at one time. I'm wondering if Kiwami4 prices will follow suit after a while.

What tweaks are you considering for the "Gunman" edition of this ANI? Maybe ditching the HVLP or WB aircap and including a 1.2 instead?
We had a few ideas, ditch the swivel, add some air caps, like LVLP option, yes, add some tip sizes. We did brainstorm and have them written down.
Any idea of time frame? I like my ProLite okay but really miss the speed of an old school conventional gun. It looks like this might be a step in the right direction.
@@markm5704 mate, it's a beast of a gun. But unfortunately after speaking with ANi they reckon it'll be about a year, so probably better you get one now if you need it

I see Sprayguns direct have the A.N.I. F1/N Super Professional for £48. Can a gun at this price be any good?
No, it's slow, overpriced, doesn't atomize well and has a non-uniform spray pattern( all the guns have the same defect) . If you want a good gun buy the F160 hps or the Walcom slim xlight 1.3.
@@cristianb.4135 I wasn't going to buy it. i was shocked at the price and the fact sprayguns direct say its the best budget spray gun. I mainly use a GTI pro lite and a Dv1. I was interested in the ANI black because of the size of the spray pattern
@Tinker i have the ani f160 1.3 hps and it's a great spraygun. The comment was about the model f1/n/ super wich is a "low price" spraygun...

How does the ANI compare to the DV1 for clear ?
Both awesome guns. Build quality is much better on the DeVilbiss.

What minimum hp of air compressor will fit to that gun sir?
That’s kind of the wrong way to match Gun to compressor… you need to look at the CFM rating of the compressor more than anything. A compressor with 4hp or more is a good start. Just as long as it’s just YOU working on it .. also at least 60-80 gallons
CFM ratings of 9.5 and up are a good start

this whole psi/bar thing is confusing, and I don't trust it, simply because the toilet flushes in the other direction down under in aussie land.
You'll find most of the rest of the world is metric. That's all it is, metric vs imperial measurement system. You don't have to trust it, just convert. Most analogue gauges I have use both that's why I sometimes use psi but sometimes Bar.
