Two extremely accomplished flutists on quite a difficult piece--absolutely Heaven!
It is not so difficult. The Tempo ist another fact. Im playing for 5 years now and the Notes are quite easy.😁
Easy key too. You have to keep going and not get out of step with the other player. If the notes on the page weren't so close together, it wouldn't seem so daunting.
F. Mendelssohn would definitely like your performance.
McGill and Fuji-san are really great and talented
This is just so beautiful and crisp.
Absolutely and seriously exquisite!!!!!! 😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌
Seemless and rich. I love it.
WONDERFUL Thanks for sharing you guys!
Wouaaaaaaaah..... I don't know what to say.... wouaaaaaaah.... I want to be able to play like this
I've never heard of these two flutists but I love how they sound!
flautists, mang, flautists
@@doozle5132 'flautist' if you're British. 'flutist' in the US.
Demarre is a leading American orchestral flutist and has been for over a decade
@@absidyabsidy2727 I know about him now! I actually follow him on Instagram and I’ve had a few conversations with him through Clubhouse

Marvelous players. The transcription was written by Altes the great french flute player. .
Love demarre McGill, the food sounds.
I am speechless.
Oh my god I love this arrangement and this performance!
Do you know which arrangement this is?
@@looloo7865 I didn’t, but scrolling down the comments, someone says “the transcription is by Altes, the great French flute player”
Damn. I need to practice 🔥🔥🔥
This is so very beautiful!
Both, Kaori and Demarre are superb flute players by themselves, but boy, this duet is indescribably beautiful, full of life and charm. What a synchronization! Thanks for posting. Just for flutists, it's interesting the alternate placement of Demarre's thumb in the side of the flute (same as Dennis Bouriakov), which has some advantages for those with long fingers. See the contrast with the classical right thumb rest of Kaori (below of the flute). I'm now trying this alternate position, and I find it better for me.
There's also a big difference in left wrist positions, with Kaori's bent to the max, and, of course, differences in embouchure formation. It must've been difficult for her to learn what she had to do for good tone production.
that was amazing, my ears have been blessed.
So beautiful and very lovely!
Wonderful!!!
Beautiful
Excellent!
Maravilloso.
Bella interpretación, belli sonido, bello todo!!🤗😌😍
Bravo
awesome!
Sheeesh.....they're incredible.
I love this piece, I miss playing flute, but I got a finger laceration (commercial slicer), and I lost a big part of my right hand's mobility, and I don't know if it'll ever come back (hopefully it will !)
wow ❤️
Amazing
Parabéns!!!
Bravissimo !!!
Magnificent musicians William Shakespeare play
It seems that the amount of professional flutists still playing on silver flutes is diminishing pretty quickly.
DEMARRE!!!!!!
I need this guy to show me how he does his embouchure. 😂😳.
I don't have skinny lips 🙈🙈.
너무 멋있어요 wow
bravo
Woah
Angel`s
His fingers are barely moving 🤯
baroque? classic, romantic? ...dreaming....
Early Romantic…and quite dreamy 💖
自己顕示欲強いな~
It’s a very very nice performance, but the transcription for 2 Flûtes, I think it’s a bit boring
