I think you would need a degree, or to work for a company like Johnson Controls that could get you a visa to come over.
If you've got certifications and experience and you speak English, then yeah probably. It may not be easy though

I wouldn't mind doing this job, but he lost me when he said math and physics.
Not alot of math involved at all. Just knowledge of internet speeds an measurements for drilling holes in walls, running wires and mounting cameras
