28:23 I had always wondered if Tessa and Scott knew that they weren’t supposed to win. That most of the judges didn’t really want them to be the winners. On paper they should have been the favorite but in reality they weren’t. Which kind of worked for them because Scott said he liked to be the hunted and Tessa said she preferred being the hunter. They got a lot of both I guess.
She is a class act. She is also very smart. She could make a beautiful movie as she is very talented and beautiful.

At the 2011 World Championships in Nice, it was clear how the judges undervalued Tessa and Scott's performances, both in Short Dance and Free Dance .
