When you take off into a turn, you need to turn the front wheel to the lock position. Foot on the rear brake, load of the motor with the throttle and slowly release some rear brake. Keep the front wheel locked until you go into the direction you want to go. Always take off on a motorcycle with your foot on the rear brake. The procedure is start the motor, put the kick stand up, put it in gear, put your right foot on the rear brake, let out the clutch with a little gas. It makes riding so much smoother and balanced.
My first Bike was a Honda 55 trail. Bikes I have owned Suzuki 250 Hustler. Honda 160, Honda 750, Harley chopper. My favorite Is my Kawasaki Concourse. I had a 1996 that I put over 370k on it sold then bought a 2005 Kawasaki Concourse that has 58K on it the 750 Honda I put about 50K on it

First bike Honda Shadow Spirit 750, I got it in 2012 brand new, I still own it thinking of getting a Road Glide.
Not a bad first bike. Have you ridden the RG yet?
notice how high the rpms are on the Vulcan? Thats because its got same drive train as a sports bike. Tats why I rejected the Kawi
thx for the comment!
i have a Vulcan 500 and am looking to eventually get a Vulcan 900... is it a good bike to upgrade to from a 500?
I think so
