if it goes into spam (gmail) : you can report the email address "as not spam" (and it will not end up in the spam box after that) - there is a mechanism to do that, gmail offers you a way to do that.
Sir, i am facing Reverse DNS ( PTR ) Issue in Email Deliverability of cPanel. DKIM and SPF Records are showing Valid but for PTR it says Problem Exists. Its asking to Reverse DNS ( PTR ) . As i was not able to fix Reverse DNS ( PTR ) issues myself, i contacted my hosting provider Verpex , they say that Reverse DNS is a default error as cPanel is not a reliable tool for this email. your ip could be blacklisted by gmail but thats really rare. Check with your hosting support.

You can create individual forwarding rules or one rule to forward all.
