I'm going to try your version today. I usually boil my gizzards first to make them more tender, but I like the way your finished product looks. Have a blessed day and keep cooking great food!
Mmmmm. Those look great. 🤤 One trick I’ve learned if you don’t want to do the double coating process is just to throw some flour in with your liquid mixture or cornstarch or potato flour whatever you want to use and then you’ve already got your first coat on it with the liquid mixture and you only have to dip it in the flour once.
@@jodycookingg you're welcome...they come out so tender in 15 to 20 mins my west indian ma thought me I learned by watching her but I use the electric one the other one scares me😁
Brenda Green Yes Sis Brenda it was very tasty i haven’t had it in a while also,I’m gonna post the next video tomorrow on how I made the sauce with it,Goes perfectly well💕
It’s more like one table spoon. But we love you babe!!! Love your gizzards I made them your way. And omg it’s so fire!!!!! I love chicken gizzards now!
Hi Jody... I was thinking of cooking the gizzards in salt and garlic water to make the frying time less...say cook for about 5 minutes then dry them and then start with your wonderful recipe...what do you think?.. Do you suggest that or Do u think that might take some of the natural gizzard flavour away.. God Bless
Done full-watching and liked your video Maam Hulda Renee19. Thank you for visiting my Silent LS. Very much appreciated. Keep on sharing and stay safe always.
You can use all purpose seasoned all (no msg)you don't have to use all that amount of seasoning she use too much. Pay attention to amount of salt all those things consist of salt,
I just finished trying to deep fry my gizzards. Loved the ingredients, but I lost all the batter in the fryer. I would have been better off using my cast iron skillet to fry with. So after I thoroughly smoked up my whole house, I’m going to use my new air fryer which is still in the box.HA! Thanks for your video, and I’ll try it again until I get it right.
Aww so sorry to hear, the Oil need to be really hot or maybe too Much goes into the pot I’m not sure why is That, but hopefully if you do try them again they will comes out perfect. Thanks so much for sharing and trying my recipe😍🙌🏾

So would clear nail polish be better? Because most female chiefs have some type of polish on their nails. Btw, It did detour my desire to eat her delicious looking gizzards. Nope, not all! Keep up the great work Jody!

If you don’t boil them first they will feel like eating leather.
They didn’t, still Came Out perfect just the way I like them.
Hard like leather
No! 👎
It's bad
You might want to refrain from putting glaring nail varnish on your nails before making a cooking vid. It's not very appetising..
