In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
Throughout my journey, I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. I grew up in this country, never realized its beauty until I moved overseas and started seeing it differently and being more appreciative.

Lesotho is a mountainous, landlocked
country located in Southern Africa. It is an enclave, surrounded by
South Africa. The total length of the country's borders is 909
kilometers. Lesotho covers an area of around 30,355 square kilometer,
of which a negligible percentage is covered with water.

🇨🇦 I have now taken to carrying a portable lithium battery so I can jump start my bike anywhere anytime. Well worth the piece of mind. Quite the scenery; akin to the "Badlands" of North America. Speaking of which we look forward to you coming over here once this virus situation sorts itself out. 🇨🇦

Hi Kinga, I’ve seen you have had start problems a couple of times. Suggestion: buy a BAAS BS102 jump start kit. It’s in 2 parts, a socket you fix on the frame with zip ties and you connect the black cable to battery negative and the red to battery plus. No need for a mechanic. 2nd part comprises plug to fit socket you attached to frame and the plug is attached to jump cables for ANY 12-volt vehicle (car, van, motorcycle, small truck). It means you don’t need to remove seat etc to access your battery and then have to replace it all. German made, good quality. I’ve installed it on both my GS bikes. Don’t remember exact price but approx €30.
You never show decreasing your tyre pressure for rough tracks - maybe you don’t do that? May you ride safe and keep healthy🙏🕊
