Unfortunatelly, some people are not lucky enough to grant themselves not being a machine. 8-hour shifts are more like 12 hour shifts considering that most employees don't let you go home at 5pm sharp. Plus driving to and from the workplace. How can anyone stop and rewind and practice mindfullness when so many people need to worry about basic survival.... Something really doesn't add up in today's "working to ensure existance/living the healthy life" ratio... How can we change that..?
