@@hoofhearted4 Big farms generally use specialized hardware (asics) rather than gpus. These machines only purpose is to mine, so you can't sell them to gamers. But the big farms actually make a business out of mining, they will simply mine other coins (and there's been news of them saying exactly that). The average Joe is the one who generally uses their gpu and will more easily stop mining cause they don't have an entire business built around it.
But regardless everyone will just move to other coins, because it would be pretty silly to halt their activity instead of just continuing it as usual. Heck software that automatically picks the most profitable coins to mine has been common place for ages. So miners just automatically shift to the next most profitable coin.
And like all HP printers it Will force you smart app with cloud registration to make it work...
I can assure you it's far from over.
It's just eth mining that's over.
i mean i can still mine there are definetely huge amounts miners left
No one here cares as long as whatever replaces it doesn't use common computer hardware.
Don't care about what miners do as long it doesn't eat up hardware for gaming.
Even I'd it's just one currency. That's still a win
Yep, the Timmies have no idea.

Wonder how much 3000 series will drop with new cards coming out.
knowing nvidia it's probably not gonna be a lot :(
Probably not by a lot. Not until rtx 5000 series at least.
Still haven't tried VR. And with the PS5 shortage still raging on, I might be looking at the PSVR 3 on the PS6 by the time I can get my hands on them...
It's fun but ultimately still pretty early tech. There are some really good titles, I played the shit out of Super HOT VR, but many of the games still feel more like expanded tech demos than full fledged games. You aren't missing much, it will get better but early adoption is never a good investment.
Thank you for the update AMZ60E is done right, and waiting is part of the process,

Pepperidge Farm remembers.

To be clear: MLID does not claim that the 4070 is coming out soon. Nvidia is launching three cards, but most sources seem to think that two of these will be branded as 4080 variants with different amounts of RAM.
got to love all the sudden armchair cryptoexperts in these comments!
If prices are going to drop, why is the card that I bought in 2020 for $180 selling on Newegg for $455?
Mailing bombs to a college campus because you’re pissed off about technology? That’s like the classic rock of domestic terrorism.

I got out in 2018. Missed lots of potential but cashed out and lived the dream with a cool stoner chick, music and bud.

lmao idk what you guys imagine when you hear "proof of stake" but thats not correct, you still need GPUs for mining and confirming transactions, it's just that whales with a lot of Ethereum will have priority to confirm transactions and solve blocks because they simply have more ethereum. So people with a lot of ethereum have more control over the whole network
Ah yes, i get home from a trip to Montreal and this is uploaded as soon I sit down!
More Canadians ughhh xD

AMZ60E has as much potential as ethereum. But unlike ethereum it has a bigger growth potential.
This is a scam, Amazon has not made a crypto coin.
How does it have as much potential but also bigger potential?

@Lurch7861 buying cards and a warehouse to print fake money isn't a job...
This whole Northeastern bomb/explosion is now being investigated for a hoax conducted by the injured staff member. Inconsistent story and injuries lead to missing puzzle pieces.
hopefully this means gpus will go down in price
it does, and already has started to go down, not as low as it should, but it'll get their eventually
'Goldeneye' is NOT going to be the same game on both platforms - the Nintendo version is the N64 game emulated, and the Xbox version is a remaster/remake(somewhere in that range lol) by Rare exclusively for the Xbox.
minors retiring sounds like a bad idea, they probably dont have enough money built up to do so.
They get a lot of the sunk cost back when they resell the cards.
Yeahhh...I've got a strong feeling we don't know the price of it yet, because Sony isn't super keen on scaring investors way with sticker shock. If it's going to be better than the Valve Index, you can expect it to be more expensive than the Valve Index.

This is far from over. We're just going to start spec mining smaller cap coins. I'm using this opportunity to stock up on GPU's.
hehehe.. mee too... :) got the cpu's, ram, storage and motherboards for 4 more rigs all ready to go! just need some cheap gpus to pop in em.. just waiting on the gpus a little bit longer...
Cringee
Also far from beginning. Mining profitability are quite questionable considering GPU price drop.
@UCAVZn1F18FxtuRrFI5mtutg spec mining is mining a coin that may not be profitable now but definitely will be in the next bull run. The price drop in GPU's is only because Ethereum accounts for 99% of the total HR.
Why not utilize bone conduction for audio for the new VR system? That also makes it safer to use for homes and will allow you to implement the option to listen in to the surroundings.

Would LOVE to see you build the ULTIMATE custom water-cooling PC, using the brand newly released Cooler Master HAF 700 "THE BERSERKER" PC case with at least three if not FOUR 420mm radiators at the SAME TIME, as a single water loop, with water cooling blocks on the: CPU, GPU, M.2 drive and on the DDR5 RAM! Would this be the ultimate dream setup for next gen hardware (like the intel 13th gen CPU, RTX4090ti, PCIe gen 5 M.2 drive and even hot DDR5 RAM)? I want something like this myself but have never done a custom water loop before, so a demo/tutorial video like that would be incredibly helpful for people like me. Ultimate silent cooling PC for the ultimate enthusiast gamer?
