i believe tilting the keyboard was to make movement controls more ergonomic though... aside from additional mouse space, tilting the keyboard helps people to easily access control/crouch key.

I play on 304 eDPI and it's way easier to do consistent movement techs but I cant imagine myself playing on that low sens and doing movement techs without a heavy fatigue on my arms.

Im on 1600dpi 0.314 in this game cs 1600dpi 1 ingame same in quake and apex
his sens is 0.1 1600 dpi btw. or 800 dpi 0.2. Mega low sens
the tendency is that the lower the sensitivity, the better your micro adjustment is
