I am looking forward very much to the Young Paramacharya's episode. Hope this will be an extended one not just one or two episodes. In my observation I see tejas and some spark in the boy's face (I think his name is Varun, sorry I am worong) maybe because some of us had darshan of paramacharya (I had his darshan once or twice in my life) or at least we must of seen the pictures of paramacharya in later years but not in younger days. Very much looking forward to that.

Sir with respects to you and your team, reg your sharing the details of shooting: I feel , that the nitty gritties of the shots, mainly those involving the gentleman acting as Periyava is shown too much, it will affect the way we look at him on the screen.most of us viewers visualize Periyava in the actor's place. We don't see it as a scene. At least this is my humble sincere opinion.

The lady character from USA is a silly character. Please change the character behavior. It looks silly and too canned. No need to prove anything via character. Just make them normal. The woman characters are very silly. Please don’t make them look like some sort of bitter emotional wrecks. Every woman character seems to challenge other people and then appear to be happy with defeating the other woman. Very stupid
There are many families whom are exactly like this - follow rituals and tradition very closely and don our traditional attire. The woman character from USA shows the practicality mentioned in our Shastras and crux of the Upanishads and Puranas (Oneness and Bhakti Yoga where looks can be deceiving - also a mention to the series Bhakta Vijayam where a similar case was shown) while the others follow everything to the word. Both are equally respectful and both are needed based on circumstances. That seems to have been the premise which cannot be called "stupid" . In many traditional orthodox families do perform puja like Shiva Puja, Ganapathy homam etc. but lack the open mindedness as guided in the scriptures. Hence these stark differences bring about beautiful lessons. As per my humble guess, it would seem Shri Bombay Chanakya ji is trying to bring the episodes to a point that both sides understand each other and assimilate. Kindly let's not make negative assumptions and denigrate such a great work on Sri MahaPeriyava 🙏 The series shows real life incidents.
Well if the series is about Periyava talk about his life and teachings. Not women in the family sniping each other. So far 16 episodes have gone and I have not learnt about his origins and his growth in the madam. He oversaw the most tumultuous times in tamilnadu with dk and stuff like that. Talk about that so that Brahmins will learn about his struggle to keep the madam alive and relevant. Instead of that the series is degenerating into another sun tv soap opera in Brahmin dialects with women sniping at each other while men are projected as very wise Please change the direction of the narrative. Forget about the old man or doing sandya vandanam in the balcony or women sniping at each other. There are two kids in the serial. Use them as a learning pad to teach about the periyava origins his struggles and sacrifices. The mam literally waged a peaceful war in tamilnadu against hate. He saw the biggest transition from British to congress to Dravidian politics in the state. He was an inspiration to many political figures in India but never abused any of that. Stop addressing the old Brahmins who sit in their houses and don’t matter. Make the young generation realize about the spectacular achievements of this Seer in a quite way. This is what is needed and not lectures about sandhya vandanam or prostrating or wearing veshti and Sari. This is for the irrelevant selfish people who just want to sit and justify their way of life and put it on the seer (he told us). This man contribution should be told to young generation in honest way so that they know the importance and hence will preserve it
Talk about how he walked the entire south India village to village to spread peace while anti Brahmin hatred was at the peak in tamilnadu. Talk about how resurrected temples in villages. Talk about how he was forced to leave tamilnadu and came back upon mgr invitation This is the real stuff you need to research on But instead one stupid character from USA blabbers something. Then another stupid character in a slow pace counters it. The third stupid character rolls her eyes and shows arathi. This is remotely has nothing to do with the seer.

Director BC had already explained about the contents of the serial in the previews that it would be only about Periyavaa's teachings and how they could be followed in our life( not his life history or miracles performed by him by shared by devotees). So if Periyavaa's teachings are to be explored , it requires a kind of setup in which both positive and negative elements need to be shown. In that case it would look like a typical TV soap only.
Well his life and mission are the teachings. That is what younger generations need and not preaching about sandhya vandanam in the balcony. My change in narrative is a viewer suggestion which is a wishlist and definitely not going to happen. Hopefully someone gets a spark and does something for the future generations to preserve his legacy of life mission
