"Crisis" is hyperbolic nonsense. I remember this being reported as an "Unprecedented" event that hadn't been seen in close to 100 yrs. I certainly haven't seen that in my lifetime. All this makes me ask what's the real agenda here. Remember to follow the money.
Some people think there is too much regulation. From my experience in a regulatory field, regulations happen because someone f'd up. The bottom line is more important for many companies than doing the right thing. Just remember, it ends up being our tax dollars that ends up paying for the problems whether it's FEMA help or cleaning up the superfund sites.

But the bureaucracy is definitely an issue causing high costs in the time to get stuff done. I see that in large companies as well. The larger the organization, the worse it is...
One problem they had was that the pipes froze, and roads were impassible. The natural gas companies literally could not get the natural gas to the power companies.
