At 46:20 he talks about sirens going off but one of the scandals about the Hawaii fires is the fact that the sirens DIDN'T go off. They were supposed to but they didn't.
Mike, I was married for 9 years to a man who claimed to be a prophet of God. Once in a while, he hit something that happened. Many more times, it was false. I knew something that people who listened to him did not know, he was medically certified as a Schizophrenic. I stayed with him because I believed the Bible said I couldn't leave. What broke me was him saying,"your not going to like this, but God told me I should have extra wives and concubines!" I didn't take this seriously at first, I thought no women would go for this. Well, much to my surprise, his little cult jumped on this, and several women volunteered for this. Even a woman and her teenage daughter. I left, and he and his cult kidnapped our 6 year old son. The story gets worse, but it is not something I want to share. I have been away from that insanity for decades, but it still haunts me. My warning is to be very careful. They can sound so biblical. Your only defense is to know your Bible.
Guilt by association? Guilt by your experience with another guilty person? Guilt by your experience with a cult? What is your argument contra Biggs? People of God, "judge righteous judgment" as the Bible says.
I said that multiple times during the live stream and EVERYONE who agreed with Mike... didn't. The same applies to *Mike* and in a couple years of watching him, he has never ONCE told people to ask Jesus for themselves. Interesting.

I’m about 45 minutes in, but I just keep thinking of Deuteronomy 18:22, “When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.”
I think this is a really good point. If Brandon doesn't take responsibility for the words he shares with this passage in mind accepting the potential consequences for being wrong, I can't take his words as having much credibility.
@@jeniosk1097 In Jeremiah 18:7-10 God does say, “If at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom, that I will pluck up and break down and destroy it, and if that nation, concerning which I have spoken, turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I intended to do to it. And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it, and if it does evil in my sight, not listening to my voice, then I will relent of the good that I had intended to do to it.” While prayer could be a significant component of this, it’s delivered as a matter of judgement or blessing being withheld because of turning from good to evil, or from evil to good, not just praying the judgement away. Culturally, it’s hard to make a case for our nation (or world for that matter), showing any degree of mass repentance or revival that would merit the turning aside of pending judgement. Also, I know of no Biblical examples where God doesn’t update His prophet and makes him, and therein the Word of God look foolish or poorly informed. Brandon seems to get things wrong consistently. God may change His mind based on repentance or sin, but prophets bearing His Word have no place to be anything but inerrant.
It’s not a miss that makes one a false prophet. It’s INTENT to deceive by pushing a false god. Read the verses carefully, old test/new. It’s the same with teachers..a miss doesn’t make them ‘of the Antichrist’ false ones.
Tell that to AGUBUS in the NT - Acts 11:28 .. He was right about the Famine but was wrong about Paul being bound by the Jews.. The Jews tried to get him but did not get him .. He appealed to Creaser.
The biggest clue that this is not prophecy is that he keeps saying, "I said. I said." Biblical prophets consistently say, "God says. God said." Brandon keeps talking about himself. Biblical prophets constantly talk about God and what God does. They don't insist on saying, "I told you so."

As a Christian, I pray often. Brandon Biggs has made many rookie mistakes, as his new-found fame takes off. He has admitted to being an imperfect vessel of a perfect Word. It doesn't mean he's a false prophet. He's in the process of learning how to handle pride and humility, and will make mistakes along the way. Have some grace as he learns how to tune in better to the voice of the Holy Ghost. I had subscribed to his channel and watched a lot of his past videos. Amazingly, the Holy Spirit spoke to me many things Brandon had prophesied over 8 months ago. I won't count him as a false prophet, because he's clearly gifted. I count him as a simple (but Godly) man trying to navigate a huge gift, and he will make mistakes. Will we grow offended, critical, or have the grace to see the gift through the mistakes? I pray the Holy Spirit reveals the truth where man may fail. We are to be guided by the Holy Spirit, not man. But God also says He will use the simple to confuse the wise. I'd rather spend my time praying in the Holy Spirit and seeking truth, than listening to someone who will criticize a fellow believer.

God also never biblically allowed a prophet to be His vessel until that prophet had been walking Him and worked intensely on themselves. I wish that were always, totally true. But...False prophets use and twist the scriptures all the time. They use the scriptures to try to legitimize themselves and their ministries. It is true that they do not want people to carefully study the scriptures for themselves and learn proper techniques for sound interpretation and application of the scriptures.

Ok so…what people don’t realize is Brandon had a VISION of the assassination attempt, which means he was only able to go by what he saw in the vision. He could not tell for sure if it was Trump’s ear drum affected or another part of his ear. He only said that bc that’s what it looked like to him in his vision. Also he later mentions this detail in a later vid he posted explaining that he only said ear drum busted bc that’s just what it looked like. He only tries his best to describe what The Lord is showing him. And while it may seem like he’s being “boastful” about the accuracy of his vision of Trump, this was not boastfulness. He was proving to us, the viewers, how real God is. That The Lord gave him that vision in order to tell everyone and see for ourselves that He is speaking to us thru His anointed ones. Of course it is better to form a strong relationship with God and stay in communication with Him as much as we can so that we can be led by Him and Him alone. But He also speaks to us thru prophets bc there are a lot of people that are NOT LISTENING to Father God. And bc of how awesome and unlimited The Lord is, He finds others ways to speak to us. To warn us and prepare us for what is to come. Again, Brandon was not being boastful nor making this about himself, he was simply showing us that his vision was obviously from the one true God of the universe and that He gets all the glory, no one else.

The prophecy about the stock market crash in 2013-14 really hits home for me. I remember rededicating my life at 17 years old and being intrigued by the end times, and I was in an eschatology class with people from the same theological camp as this man and they would regurgitate the same information (specifically that the tribulation would begin on Rosh Hosannah 2015) and here I was thinking I was screwed because not only was I a broke 18-year-old but I also thought I would either miss the rapture or go to hell because I was still struggling with old sin patterns. A lot of older friends I knew from this community would stock up on food and always equate any big world event to “oh crap it’s happening we need to get ready” (ISIS was on the rise at this time so people I knew were going buckwild with doomsday prep lol) and everyone saw the end times as something to be fearful of instead of anticipating that Jesus is coming for the Church. Needless to say there was a lot of bad theology I had to unlearn and a lot of religious trauma to heal from. Luckily the Lord kept me safe and sent Godly people my way to show me sound doctrine so that I kept the faith in Jesus and not deconstruct. I say this all to say that bad theology and false prophecy hurts people. My story isn’t really that bad, but I know there’s millions of other people who have endured wayyy worse damage for placing their trust in people like this man rather than Jesus. I genuinely pray this man repents.
I remember that time period in 2015. The one good thing about it is it helped me remember to not be lukewarm. Agree with you though - it can cause too much damage to people and cause people to not want to be Christians. Definitely as believers we need to stack everything up against the Word.

@@comfortmona No not really, I still believe Jesus is coming back in our lifetime and we’re definitely in the last days and we need to be ready, but the one thing that has changed is recognizing that a spirit of fear is not of God and we should respond to end-time events with being the Church and spreading the good news of Jesus to all who need it before it’s too late. Pre mid and post-trib is up in the air but Jesus wins in the end.
It's stunning to me how much anger is targeted at those of us trying to call these false prophets out, but this anger defending Brandon is some of the worst I've seen yet out of all the Trump prophets. What troubles me even more, though, is how many people believe a prophecy doesn't have to be 100% accurate to be from God. If we make allowances for error, then we may as well listen to fortune tellers, too, because they are no different in the sense that their source is NOT the Holy Spirit. If it were true that God can not release a prophetic word with 100% accuracy through man, then how is His Word infallible when men were used to pen it? .My point is that most itching ears don't care that he was inaccurate because he got close enough, and that is scary. The Old Testament definition of a prophet and the New Testament are different. In the Old Testament, they operated in the office of a prophet and spoke to the nation but in the New Testament they operated in the gift of prophecy within the church, but there were very few prophets. Any person who asked a NT gift has to grow and develop it.

I've been on RUclips long enough to know to utterly avoid all so-called prophets, prosperity preachers, new agers, etc. It only requires you to KNOW the Bible very well, to have read and studied it personally. The Holy Spirit guides your discernment. You are doing good work by showing them up Mike ❤
My mom spent THOUSANDS on Jim Bakker food. She was bedridden, depressed, on lots of pharmacueticals and worried about the end of the world. She died in 2017 with alot of that food stored in the garage being eaten by mice. My dad gave away almost all of it that was stored away from the mice in another place. He knew it was a scam but let her spend the money anyway. I am so angry at people that scam old people in the name of God. It's just a sick game. These people WILL answer to God some day.

Prove out prophecy and hold onto the good, tossing the rest. You glean from prophets too! Just as you do all teachers, you do to prophets. The litmus test is not a mere miss anymore. And you can prove this.
He mentioned his right ear in prophecy. It could have been his left ear or right arm or leg, but he was right about his right ear being involve in the assassination attempt.
Brandon never claimed to "speak for God". He only communicates what he has seen in a vision from the Lord. nothing more. He even said the Lord told him not to expound on it, but just share what he saw. We all see in part because we need each other. God did it that way on purpose so that we can work together, submitting to each other in love.
If you watch his videos for yourself, he does quote scripture quite a bit actually. He spends a lot of time calling people to repentance, especially lukewarm Christian. And he spends a lot of time in prayer while broadcasting
Quoting scripture isn't the standard, nether does it excuse failing at meeting the standard, for being a prophet sent of the LORD: it's 100% accuracy. By his OWN admission, Brandon Biggs has given false prophecies, thus he is a false prophet and permanently disqualified from ever being a true prophet. Brother Winger played a clip of Biggs admitting to having given false prophecies, thus this is not in question.
@@jasonb9152I would agree because I made sure to watch some of Brandon's videos in full length in addition to watching Mike's video BUT I dont think Brandon uses the scripture correctly. I think he uses it in a cavalier manner and is irresponsible with it. Ex. I heard him say, "No weapon against me shall prosper" almost as a throwaway inclusion into a prophetic tangent of his. I was alarmed because he breezed over the small excerpt from scripture so quickly with no explanation or exegesis. It was almost like he just threw it in there to support his claim of the moment. He didn't mention the context of this verse was a prophecy directed specifically to the nation of Israel. I find it ironic that people like Brandon will always quote mine prophecies addressed to Israel that are positive but they will never quote mine the prophecies where prophets condemn Israel and foretell their own destruction. I wonder why only one type of prophecies regarding Israel is ever quotemined. 🤔 Lastly, he always talks about new revelation and asking God to speak "new word" to believers but why doesn't his channel ever point back to the actual word of God? I'm not talking about mentioning a Bible verse in passing. I'm talking about if you look at his playlists why are they all about "new word" and prophecy instead of having at least some playlists for verse by verse teaching, theological studies such as the doctrine of the trinity, etc. There is never a primary focus on the scripture yet I can find focuses on crypto, weather, china bombing Hawaii etc. The primary focus is always on anything but the Word.

True knowledge of the spiritual gifts includes knowing how to test those who are claiming to be operating in them, which brother Winger demonstrates in spades.

I’ve asked the Holy Spirit to confirm he is hearing from God but have not received any confirmation. Then just yesterday my husband mentioned him and said “There’s no humility in him. He’s not hearing from God. There’s something not right when you listen to him.” And now I come across this video. God answers prayer!

Imagine losing your home. You got a tongue lashing, they lost their home. I’ve been off before and God loved me enough to correct me. Best thing that ever happened to me! God granted me repentance. IF you make excuses for yourself, you will never come to true repentance. Repentance is a gift. It hurts a lot but it sure changes you in the best possible way. I would live through that pain again and again to be clear with Him. Nothing is worth having anything stand between you and God.

For those who have experience to see visions from God, 3 different people might describe the same vision differently. Why? Simply 3 different people with different personalities. I remember when I was in school, we played a game where each student would whisper to one who would whisper to the other and the process went on until the last student. The first student whispered, “she sells seashells on the seashore”. But The final student heard a different whisper in the end. Get it?

My mom listened to Jim Baker and bought several buckets of food. What was the food? Buckets of tortilla chips and salsa. What good is that for survival? I tried some of those chips and they were horrible. My sister and I finally had to intercept her "offerings" to Baker and not mail them in. She couldn't figure out why she wasn't getting her stuff. She got mad at Baker and decided he was a fake. This guy is not hearing from God. He is a headline and news "prophet".

There is NEVER a situation in the prophets where Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, or one of the 12 prophesies something and it is "averted by prayer." God speaks, and it takes place.

Great point: Matthew 18:15-17 is about personal offenses, not public sins. The false prophetic movement has latched onto this passage to deflect scriptural rebuke, causing their blinded sycophants to use it to defame those who be watchmen and to dismiss the righteous judgement of the errors of the false prophets. By insisting that one should have gone to the false prophet first, this sets up the one who would rebuke and expose their false prophecies to be attacked even as the false prophet works to scrub the record of their false prophecies. I'm so tired of the wresting of that passage of scripture in this regard, and I'm glad that others are saying this.

I have followed Brandon almost from when he started. I believe his prophecies, because a lot of them are the same as other prophets. His prophecies witness to me and I wouldn't say he is a false prophet.
His prophecies are too much like a Mystic.,or a fortuneteller there’s a lot of truth mixed with a lot of stuff that just not true. God is not a god of confusion. He’s very clear. Please be careful. Many of his “prophecies” regarding the economic collapse, the death of the dollar, the price of silver and crypto, WWIII will become a reality. How do I know? Am I a prophet. NO. I am NOT a prophet. But I have come to the same conclusions because I am a historian, an economist and an engineer. Mike Winger, I pray you see this comment. Not all of Brandon's visions have come to pass, because he is a prophetic intercessor. Some of these events have been stopped by our intercessory prayer. The Lord shows Brandon things that will occur, but Brandon makes it very clear, over and over, that prayer can reduce or stop the enemy's plots and snares. Some things can't be changed by prayer, and some can. My prayer for you, Mike Winger, is that you will encounter a rich walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and that you will discover His promise of an abundant life, freely given to those who are yielded to His Holy Spirit.
Where is prophetic intercessor in the Bible? I see prophets. I see the call for intercessory prayer. I see prophecies calling for repentance less there be judgment and repentance putting off said judgment, but I do not see anything like what is described here concerning “prophetic intercession”. We’re warned that even if one prophecy is wrong, that person is a false prophet. Why would God tell us to not trust prophecies from them if prayer can prevent the prophecies? It seems like an awfully convenient cop out when prophecies don’t come to pass to me.
Dear "TheHcifctc" When a word or phrase cannot be found in the Bible, such as "trinity", "rapture", "pastor", "pope", or "prophetic intercessor" that doesn't mean it's fake. There are many phrases and words not found in the Bible that aren't demonic or fake.

Matthew 24.11 I subscribed to Brandon Briggs after his prophecy about Trump's assassination attempt hit my feed about 2 weeks ago. I listened to the episode you discussed regarding his prediction of upcoming crash. I still think this is quite likely, but having said that, I got a weird feeling when listening to his prayer at the end of the episode. I know he is a charismatic who is given to effusive prayer but it seemed to go on forever and a thought came into my head that this man is in ego not spirit. I prayed this week for discernment on how to know false prophets and this episode is an answer to my prayer. Thank you. May Brandon find his way back to God's teaching to have a humble heart and a spirit that builds rather than destroys. Peace. 🕊️
Praying for discernment, too. I was brought to the book of Luke where Jesus talks about the second coming and quickly concluded that Brandon is likely very good at predictions but is lost in some way. I wish he’d give “prophesying ” up and actually study the Word more intently so he can give actual direction toward Jesus’ salvation.
The Bible centres around Israel. First red flag for a false prophet is an American desperately trying to make America and American people main characters in Gods story. The antichrist isn’t American. America is not a key figure in big prophecies. American politics aren’t that important.

“Getting right with God” can mean different things to different people. We are right with God (justified) when we believe on Christ and the sacrifice He made for our sins, His death and resurrection. Is this what Brandon means when he says, “Get right with God”? I don’t know. I’m asking….. What is Brandon’s eternal salvation message?
He speaks about accepting Jesus believing in Him . Repenting and departing from sin because He is coming soon. I don’t know with accuracy but the Lord doesn’t want us to be pointing fingers at our brethren when the enemy is the one we should be carful about. I still don't think Brandon is a false prophet. I think he truly see visions but he is bad at narrating them. He still needs to learn how to prophecy better. This is the problem with many people who see visions today. They tell us their interpretations instead of what they saw exactly.

I've been trying to encourage continuationists for years to be fervent about judging and calling out false signs and prophecies, rather than only cessationists doing so. I hope this kind of thing continues to grow among teachers and influencers that still acknowledge the spiritual gifts.

Back in high school, I had a teacher walk into physics class about a week in. It was her first year teaching physics, she usually only did math classes. She said "I've been looking through the book and I've realized that I don't know how to teach you guys the science that's going on here. So, I can help you with the math, but if you want to understand the science, you'll have to read your books." Since I didn't struggle with the math, I took that to mean that I should do my homework for other classes during that class time, then read the book at home and the only reason I need the teacher is so I know where to hand in the assignments. Sounds like this guy is giving the same message: I may or may not have heard messages or voices. And what I've heard may or may not be from the Lord, so you'll have to hear it for yourself. Okay, sir, you've just rendered yourself irrelevant for speaking into my life. I don't even have assignments to hand in, so...👋 Rather than praying about the things you've "seen" prophetically, I'll instead be praying for the eyes of those who trust you to be opened to the truth of your deception.

No one who watches this channel is running off to pray and believing God will answer them through a dream or vision. But he DOES answer people and his word says he does. It is up to each person to use discernment and pray for more understanding, and compare to the Bible when they receive a dream. GOD is gracious with us. Mike is not. You should develop your own personal relationship with Jesus. Then you will be able to *accurately* discern when someone else has one that is genuine. Did the Pharisees read the scripture? They were not 70% true and 30% false. Both 100% accurate parts were put together to make a full 100% acurrate prophecy. This "prophesy in part" false interpretation to allow a "true" prophet leeway to be wrong is bogus.

I live on Maui. A big problem with the fires and the number of lives lost is that they DID NOT sound the sirens. Oh, and there were no planes because our government denied National Guard assistance and also, Lāhainā is not even on the same island as Honolulu.
FEAR is the main driver for his videos. There is always a sense of hopelessness.. If you have no Holy Spirit in you then you will fear. What if you lived in the Old Testament times and hear those prophets prophesying "doom and gloom" What about when Isaiah?? As a pastor with experience in prophecy, I totally get his explanation for having a wrong interpretation. Maybe he really did have the prophetic vision and didn't know how to interpret. I sometimes spend weeks praying on prophetic words so that I might have the correct interpretation. Many times my prophetic visions are similar but not exactly what happens. I cant comment on his other prophecies, I believe it is possible for him to have a true prophetic vision and yet other false prophecies or for him to think something was prophetic when it was not. It is also possible he just said a lot of things and finally got one right, im not here to make that judgment. At minimum, he may just not be patient enough to pray for a proper interpretation. Nobody is perfect and I imagine almost all people, and for sure myself, who prophecy have made mistakes somewhere along the way. The most important thing is to admit when you are at fault and ensure when you give a public prophecy to have evaluation.
Thanks Pastor, I also have had visions and dreams that came true but not exactly how it happened but there will always be a moment when you have the revelation that it was a true revelation because no one would have known ahead of time, only God. I believe that he had the vision and he is getting heat because it didn’t happen to a T, sad!
Anyone being critical of Mike for his criticisms are not regular viewers of his channel and don't know scripture. The same ones defending people like Briggs are people that either aren't Christian or are Christian but never read their Bible. Almost right isn't right, and it is of false teachings.
I have watched SO many more hours of Mikes videos than Brandons. You make a million assumptions about other people too, like Mike does? If you don't start seeking Jesus, TODAY, you are going to be deceived. You can't just decide you don't need to ask him anything. That isn't how this works.

Pastor Mike Winger, thank you for making this video. After being astranged from your channel/ministry for several years, due to a traumatic brain injury, this was the first I have seen in two years and wow it was needed. Chasing Prophecy is so very dangerous and Christians need to stop. We have the Word and the Prophets in the Word, so Brothers and sisters please be like the Bereans and search out the scripture, there lies our peace and wisdom. God, James 1:5 says, if anyone lacks wisdom ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. Beside prophets contradict not only themselves but each other. It makes me cringe when I hear "the Lord gave me a Word for you today" if the Lord has a personal word for you, He will tell you through His Word. Not saying He can't use other means but His Word His Word is the Way the Truth and The Life. God bless you all. I owe you a thank you Mike. I’m a somewhat new Christian, and while I’m slowly growing in my discernment I often get sucked into these types of frenzies around eclipses going over 90 different Nineveh’s and I’ll admit I’ve watched a few of this guys videos since the trump thing and taken them more seriously than I ought to have, you always help bring me back to reality. I’m reminded now that Peter said that we need to test the spirits. Thank you Mike for helping me and many others see through the deception and remain grounded in Christ. Humility is THE most important factor in not being deceived. Humility that says to God: "I can't know unless you help me, I can't read and figure things out on my own. Deception that is so bad even the elect would be deceived, if possible? Then make it impossible for me." Then BELIEVE him that he will help you discern, and sometimes... that looks like a dream. This man kept coming up in my feed so I started watching one of his videos. Almost immediately I started getting this sinking feeling and everything he said just didn't sit well with my spirit. This was about the same time the Holy Spirit was leading me to what discernment is. I am normally a horrible judge of character and had quit trusting my judgment a long time ago. Learning how to have discernment wasn't something I knew I could do by myself, the Holy Spirit will lead you if you will let Him. Disproving this type of garbage has been a study of mine since the middle of April. I've discussed it at length with my husband who agrees with much of what I am saying. However, he watched this man with his prophecy with Trumps assassination attempt and believes all he says is from God. Listening to this video I can't help but shake my head and wonder how are people so thoughtless to even think this guy is genuinely hearing from the Lord himself. My husband included. Mike, I was married for 9 years to a man who claimed to be a prophet of God. Once in a while, he hit something that happened. Many more times, it was false. I knew something that people who listened to him did not know, he was medically certified as a Schizophrenic. I stayed with him because I believed the Bible said I couldn't leave. What broke me was him saying,"your not going to like this, but God told me I should have extra wives and concubines!" I didn't take this seriously at first, I thought no women would go for this. Well, much to my surprise, his little cult jumped on this, and several women volunteered for this. Even a woman and her teenage daughter. I left, and he and his cult kidnapped our 6 year old son. The story gets worse, but it is not something I want to share. I have been away from that insanity for decades, but it still haunts me. My warning is to be very careful. They can sound so biblical. Your only defense is to know your Bible.

I’m about 45 minutes in, but I just keep thinking of Deuteronomy 18:22, “When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.”
I think this is a really good point. If Brandon doesn't take responsibility for the words he shares with this passage in mind accepting the potential consequences for being wrong, I can't take his words as having much credibility.

While prayer could be a significant component of this, it’s delivered as a matter of judgement or blessing being withheld because of turning from good to evil, or from evil to good, not just praying the judgement away. Culturally, it’s hard to make a case for our nation (or world for that matter), showing any degree of mass repentance or revival that would merit the turning aside of pending judgement.
Also, I know of no Biblical examples where God doesn’t update His prophet and makes him, and therein the Word of God look foolish or poorly informed. Brandon seems to get things wrong consistently. God may change His mind based on repentance or sin, but prophets bearing His Word have no place to be anything but inerrant.
It’s not a miss that makes one a false prophet. It’s INTENT to deceive by pushing a false god. Read the verses carefully, old test/new. It’s the same with teachers..a miss doesn’t make them ‘of the Antichrist’ false ones.

As a Christian, I pray often. Brandon Biggs has made many rookie mistakes, as his new-found fame takes off. He has admitted to being an imperfect vessel of a perfect Word. It doesn't mean he's a false prophet. He's in the process of learning how to handle pride and humility, and will make mistakes along the way. Have some grace as he learns how to tune in better to the voice of the Holy Ghost. I had subscribed to his channel and watched a lot of his past videos. Amazingly, the Holy Spirit spoke to me many things Brandon had prophesied over 8 months ago. I won't count him as a false prophet, because he's clearly gifted. I count him as a simple (but Godly) man trying to navigate a huge gift, and he will make mistakes. Will we grow offended, critical, or have the grace to see the gift through the mistakes? I pray the Holy Spirit reveals the truth where man may fail. We are to be guided by the Holy Spirit, not man. But God also says He will use the simple to confuse the wise. I'd rather spend my time praying in the Holy Spirit and seeking truth, than listening to someone who will criticize a fellow believer.

Ok so…what people don’t realize is Brandon had a VISION of the assassination attempt, which means he was only able to go by what he saw in the vision. He could not tell for sure if it was Trump’s ear drum affected or another part of his ear. He only said that bc that’s what it looked like to him in his vision. Also he later mentions this detail in a later vid he posted explaining that he only said ear drum busted bc that’s just what it looked like. He only tries his best to describe what The Lord is showing him.
And while it may seem like he’s being “boastful” about the accuracy of his vision of Trump, this was not boastfulness. He was proving to us, the viewers, how real God is. That The Lord gave him that vision in order to tell everyone and see for ourselves that He is speaking to us thru His anointed ones.
Of course it is better to form a strong relationship with God and stay in communication with Him as much as we can so that we can be led by Him and Him alone. But He also speaks to us thru prophets bc there are a lot of people that are NOT LISTENING to Father God. And bc of how awesome and unlimited The Lord is, He finds others ways to speak to us. To warn us and prepare us for what is to come.
Again, Brandon was not being boastful nor making this about himself, he was simply showing us that his vision was obviously from the one true God of the universe and that He gets all the glory, no one else.

The prophecy about the stock market crash in 2013-14 really hits home for me. I remember rededicating my life at 17 years old and being intrigued by the end times, and I was in an eschatology class with people from the same theological camp as this man and they would regurgitate the same information (specifically that the tribulation would begin on Rosh Hosannah 2015) and here I was thinking I was screwed because not only was I a broke 18-year-old but I also thought I would either miss the rapture or go to hell because I was still struggling with old sin patterns. A lot of older friends I knew from this community would stock up on food and always equate any big world event to “oh crap it’s happening we need to get ready” (ISIS was on the rise at this time so people I knew were going buckwild with doomsday prep lol) and everyone saw the end times as something to be fearful of instead of anticipating that Jesus is coming for the Church. Needless to say there was a lot of bad theology I had to unlearn and a lot of religious trauma to heal from. Luckily the Lord kept me safe and sent Godly people my way to show me sound doctrine so that I kept the faith in Jesus and not deconstruct.
I say this all to say that bad theology and false prophecy hurts people. My story isn’t really that bad, but I know there’s millions of other people who have endured wayyy worse damage for placing their trust in people like this man rather than Jesus. I genuinely pray this man repents.
I remember that time period in 2015. The one good thing about it is it helped me remember to not be lukewarm. Agree with you though - it can cause too much damage to people and cause people to not want to be Christians. Definitely as believers we need to stack everything up against the Word.

Pre mid and post-trib is up in the air but Jesus wins in the end.

What troubles me even more, though, is how many people believe a prophecy doesn't have to be 100% accurate to be from God. If we make allowances for error, then we may as well listen to fortune tellers, too, because they are no different in the sense that their source is NOT the Holy Spirit. If it were true that God can not release a prophetic word with 100% accuracy through man, then how is His Word infallible when men were used to pen it? .My point is that most itching ears don't care that he was inaccurate because he got close enough, and that is scary.

The funny thing about "prophets" is that the Bible says if anyone claims to be a prophet and is ever wrong THEY ARE NOT A PROPHET
The Old Testament definition of a prophet and the New Testament are different. In the Old Testament, they operated in the office of a prophet and spoke to the nation but in the New Testament they operated in the gift of prophecy within the church, but there were very few prophets.
Any person who asked a NT gift has to grow and develop it.

I've been on RUclips long enough to know to utterly avoid all so-called prophets, prosperity preachers, new agers, etc. It only requires you to KNOW the Bible very well, to have read and studied it personally. The Holy Spirit guides your discernment. You are doing good work by showing them up Mike ❤

My mom spent THOUSANDS on Jim Bakker food. She was bedridden, depressed, on lots of pharmacueticals and worried about the end of the world. She died in 2017 with alot of that food stored in the garage being eaten by mice. My dad gave away almost all of it that was stored away from the mice in another place. He knew it was a scam but let her spend the money anyway. I am so angry at people that scam old people in the name of God. It's just a sick game. These people WILL answer to God some day.

He mentioned his right ear in prophecy. It could have been his left ear or right arm or leg, but he was right about his right ear being involve in the assassination attempt.
Brandon never claimed to "speak for God". He only communicates what he has seen in a vision from the Lord. nothing more.
He even said the Lord told him not to expound on it, but just share what he saw.
We all see in part because we need each other. God did it that way on purpose so that we can work together, submitting to each other in love.
Even if he were accurate, the level of pride he displays is troublesome. What does he have on? Notice, he hasn’t used scripture to back up anything.

Quoting scripture isn't the standard, nether does it excuse failing at meeting the standard, for being a prophet sent of the LORD: it's 100% accuracy. By his OWN admission, Brandon Biggs has given false prophecies, thus he is a false prophet and permanently disqualified from ever being a true prophet. Brother Winger played a clip of Biggs admitting to having given false prophecies, thus this is not in question.

I think he uses it in a cavalier manner and is irresponsible with it. Ex. I heard him say, "No weapon against me shall prosper" almost as a throwaway inclusion into a prophetic tangent of his. I was alarmed because he breezed over the small excerpt from scripture so quickly with no explanation or exegesis. It was almost like he just threw it in there to support his claim of the moment. He didn't mention the context of this verse was a prophecy directed specifically to the nation of Israel. I find it ironic that people like Brandon will always quote mine prophecies addressed to Israel that are positive but they will never quote mine the prophecies where prophets condemn Israel and foretell their own destruction. I wonder why only one type of prophecies regarding Israel is ever quotemined. 🤔 Lastly, he always talks about new revelation and asking God to speak "new word" to believers but why doesn't his channel ever point back to the actual word of God? I'm not talking about mentioning a Bible verse in passing. I'm talking about if you look at his playlists why are they all about "new word" and prophecy instead of having at least some playlists for verse by verse teaching, theological studies such as the doctrine of the trinity, etc. There is never a primary focus on the scripture yet I can find focuses on crypto, weather, china bombing Hawaii etc. The primary focus is always on anything but the Word.

I’ve asked the Holy Spirit to confirm he is hearing from God but have not received any confirmation. Then just yesterday my husband mentioned him and said “There’s no humility in him. After seeing this time and time again I stopped following him. If you believe he has a gift and speaks to God then please follow him. Everyone must make their own decision when in what they have faith in.
Imagine losing your home. You got a tongue lashing, they lost their home. I’ve been off before and God loved me enough to correct me. Best thing that ever happened to me! God granted me repentance. IF you make excuses for yourself, you will never come to true repentance. Repentance is a gift. It hurts a lot but it sure changes you in the best possible way. I would live through that pain again and again to be clear with Him. Nothing is worth having anything stand between you and God.

There is NEVER a situation in the prophets where Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, or one of the 12 prophesies something and it is "averted by prayer." God speaks, and it takes place.

Why is it that most false profecies are about money? Where as most real profecies are about sanctification and seeking out the Lord more earnestly.

Great point: Matthew 18:15-17 is about personal offenses, not public sins. The false prophetic movement has latched onto this passage to deflect scriptural rebuke, causing their blinded sycophants to use it to defame those who be watchmen and to dismiss the righteous judgement of the errors of the false prophets. By insisting that one should have gone to the false prophet first, this sets up the one who would rebuke and expose their false prophecies to be attacked even as the false prophet works to scrub the record of their false prophecies. I'm so tired of the wresting of that passage of scripture in this regard, and I'm glad that others are saying this.

I have followed Brandon almost from when he started. I believe his prophecies, because a lot of them are the same as other prophets. His prophecies witness to me and I wouldn't say he is a false prophet.
His prophecies are too much like a Mystic.,or a fortuneteller there’s a lot of truth mixed with a lot of stuff that just not true. God is not a god of confusion. He’s very clear. I pray one day your eyes are open to all these false people. I’m not saying there aren’t some good ones out there who are truly getting a word from our Lord for his people. It’s just not worth it. Get in the word prophecy is in there.

I have a friend that I’ve warned even about his previous false prophecies, and she STILL shares his videos for people to watch. I really don’t know what to do anymore, she continually follows weirdos like this only because they say they hear from God.
Mike Winger, I pray you see this comment. Not all of Brandon's visions have come to pass, because he is a prophetic intercessor. Some of these events have been stopped by our intercessory prayer. The Lord shows Brandon things that will occur, but Brandon makes it very clear, over and over, that prayer can reduce or stop the enemy's plots and snares. Some things can't be changed by prayer, and some can. My prayer for you, Mike Winger, is that you will encounter a rich walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and that you will discover His promise of an abundant life, freely given to those who are yielded to His Holy Spirit.
Where is prophetic intercessor in the Bible? I see prophets. I see the call for intercessory prayer. I see prophecies calling for repentance less there be judgment and repentance putting off said judgment, but I do not see anything like what is described here concerning “prophetic intercession”. We’re warned that even if one prophecy is wrong, that person is a false prophet. Why would God tell us to not trust prophecies from them if prayer can prevent the prophecies? It seems like an awfully convenient cop out when prophecies don’t come to pass to me.
Dear "TheHcifctc" When a word or phrase cannot be found in the Bible, such as "trinity", "rapture", "pastor", "pope", or "prophetic intercessor" that doesn't mean it's fake. There are many phrases and words not found in the Bible that aren't demonic or fake.

I subscribed to Brandon Briggs after his prophecy about Trump's assassination attempt hit my feed about 2 weeks ago.
I listened to the episode you discussed regarding his prediction of upcoming crash.
I still think this is quite likely, but having said that, I got a weird feeling when listening to his prayer at the end of the episode. I know he is a charismatic who is given to effusive prayer but it seemed to go on forever and a thought came into my head that this man is in ego not spirit.
I prayed this week for discernment on how to know false prophets and this episode is an answer to my prayer. Thank you.
May Brandon find his way back to God's teaching to have a humble heart and a spirit that builds rather than destroys. Peace. 🕊️

Praying for discernment, too. I was brought to the book of Luke where Jesus talks about the second coming and quickly concluded that Brandon is likely very good at predictions but is lost in some way. I wish he’d give “prophesying ” up and actually study the Word more intently so he can give actual direction toward Jesus’ salvation.
The Bible centres around Israel. First red flag for a false prophet is an American desperately trying to make America and American people main characters in Gods story.
The antichrist isn’t American. America is not a key figure in big prophecies. American politics aren’t that important.

I've followed him for awhile and he is a sweet man of God and he's always speaking about getting right with God and following Christ.
“Getting right with God” can mean different things to different people. We are right with God (justified) when we believe on Christ and the sacrifice He made for our sins, His death and resurrection. Is this what Brandon means when he says, “Get right with God”?

He speaks about accepting Jesus believing in Him . Repenting and departing from sin because He is coming soon. I don’t know with accuracy but the Lord doesn’t want us to be pointing fingers at our brethren when the enemy is the one we should be carful about. I still don't think Brandon is a false prophet. I think he truly see visions but he is bad at narrating them. He still needs to learn how to prophecy better. This is the problem with many people who see visions today. They tell us their interpretations instead of what they saw exactly.

I've been trying to encourage continuationists for years to be fervent about judging and calling out false signs and prophecies, rather than only cessationists doing so. I hope this kind of thing continues to grow among teachers and influencers that still acknowledge the spiritual gifts.

Back in high school, I had a teacher walk into physics class about a week in. It was her first year teaching physics, she usually only did math classes. She said "I've been looking through the book and I've realized that I don't know how to teach you guys the science that's going on here. So, I can help you with the math, but if you want to understand the science, you'll have to read your books."
Since I didn't struggle with the math, I took that to mean that I should do my homework for other classes during that class time, then read the book at home and the only reason I need the teacher is so I know where to hand in the assignments.
Sounds like this guy is giving the same message: I may or may not have heard messages or voices. And what I've heard may or may not be from the Lord, so you'll have to hear it for yourself.

No one who watches this channel is running off to pray and believing God will answer them through a dream or vision. But he DOES answer people and his word says he does. It is up to each person to use discernment and pray for more understanding, and compare to the Bible when they receive a dream. GOD is gracious with us. Mike is not.
You should develop your own personal relationship with Jesus. Then you will be able to *accurately* discern when someone else has one that is genuine. Did the Pharisees read the scripture? Yes they did. They were arrogant though. How could they have avoided their fate? They could have been quiet, and humble, and said to God: how would I know unless you help me? Then he would have.

They were not 70% true and 30% false. Both 100% accurate parts were put together to make a full 100% acurrate prophecy. If you have no Holy Spirit in you then you will fear. What if you lived in the Old Testament times and hear those prophets prophesying "doom and gloom" What about when Isaiah?? OR Ezekiel?? have you read their prophecies??? You are being deceived by this guy's 2 hour reaction video by blasting someone who is doing The Lord's work. You should seek God yourself and spend time in the prayer closet than waste your time on nonsense online.

As a pastor with experience in prophecy, I totally get his explanation for having a wrong interpretation. Maybe he really did have the prophetic vision and didn't know how to interpret. I sometimes spend weeks praying on prophetic words so that I might have the correct interpretation. Many times my prophetic visions are similar but not exactly what happens. I cant comment on his other prophecies, I believe it is possible for him to have a true prophetic vision and yet other false prophecies or for him to think something was prophetic when it was not. It is also possible he just said a lot of things and finally got one right, im not here to make that judgment. At minimum, he may just not be patient enough to pray for a proper interpretation. Nobody is perfect and I imagine almost all people, and for sure myself, who prophecy have made mistakes somewhere along the way. The most important thing is to admit when you are at fault and ensure when you give a public prophecy to have evaluation.

I also have had visions and dreams that came true but not exactly how it happened but there will always be a moment when you have the revelation that it was a true revelation because no one would have known ahead of time, only God.

Anyone being critical of Mike for his criticisms are not regular viewers of his channel and don't know scripture. The same ones defending people like Briggs are people that either aren't Christian or are Christian but never read their Bible. Almost right isn't right, and it is of false teachings.
I have watched SO many more hours of Mikes videos than Brandons. You make a million assumptions about other people too, like Mike does? If you don't start seeking Jesus, TODAY, you are going to be deceived. You can't just decide you don't need to ask him anything. That isn't how this works.

Pastor Mike Winger, thank you for making this video. After being astranged from your channel/ministry for several years, due to a traumatic brain injury, this was the first I have seen in two years and wow it was needed.
Chasing Prophecy is so very dangerous and Christians need to stop. We have the Word and the Prophets in the Word, so Brothers and sisters please be like the Bereans and search out the scripture, there lies our peace and wisdom. God, James 1:5 says, if anyone lacks wisdom
ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. Beside prophets contradict not only themselves but each other. It makes me cringe when I hear "the Lord gave me a Word for you today" if the Lord has a personal word for you, He will tell you through His Word. Not saying He can't use other means but His Word His Word is the Way the Truth and The Life. God bless you all.

I owe you a thank you Mike. I’m a somewhat new Christian, and while I’m slowly growing in my discernment I often get sucked into these types of frenzies around eclipses going over 90 different Nineveh’s and I’ll admit I’ve watched a few of this guys videos since the trump thing and taken them more seriously than I ought to have, you always help bring me back to reality. Humility is THE most important factor in not being deceived. Humility that says to God: "I can't know unless you help me, I can't read and figure things out on my own. Deception that is so bad even the elect would be deceived, if possible? Then make it impossible for me." Then BELIEVE him that he will help you discern, and sometimes... that looks like a dream.

Brandon operates with the spirit of fear. And one of many red flags is that he said that he knows when Jesus returns and that he knows when the great tribulation is and how long it eill last. The Bible is very clear about saying when he returns.... " But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." Matthew 24:36

This man kept coming up in my feed so I started watching one of his videos. Almost immediately I started getting this sinking feeling and everything he said just didn't sit well with my spirit. This was about the same time the Holy Spirit was leading me to what discernment is. I am normally a horrible judge of character and had quit trusting my judgment a long time ago. Learning how to have discernment wasn't something I knew I could do by myself, the Holy Spirit will lead you if you will let Him. Disproving this type of garbage has been a study of mine since the middle of April. I've discussed it at length with my husband who agrees with much of what I am saying. However, he watched this man with his prophecy with Trumps assassination attempt and believes all he says is from God.
Listening to this video I can't help but shake my head and wonder how are people so thoughtless to even think this guy is genuinely hearing from the Lord himself. My husband included.

May I send a request for prayers tonight, i need healing. I would never ask unless it was needed. I'm trying to push through the pain but it's not easy. It feels a lot like a hernia. Not super painful but achey. I thank anyone who will take the time to pray for me! It's not easy for me to ask because I'm normally a tough hombre. I've stiched myself up before from major cuts. However this is is different. I cannot fix this alone. I appreciate all who will pause and take the time to pray for me!
