Thanks for sharing Ken. I asked a few guys about what brand modular flooring they had and crickets. Nada. Thank you for coming through clutch as always! Looks good!
No problem! Thank you for checking out the video. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for so long and it definitely changed the look of the garage so much. Very happy with it so far.
@5:32 This is actually relaxing Seconds later: Frustrated haha Looks great man, should either trax the bottom of your attic door or go with paint (something on brand / custom?)
Looks good mate, have been thinking an about doing the same to my garage for my G87. But a couple of things I am worried about. 1. Can you still hose out the garage to clean? Is there space under the tiles to allow water to flow out? 2. How does it feel underfoot? I often go to the garage bar fridge in bare feet. Thanks for any insight.
At first I used a circular saw. It was my first time and last time using it lol. After one cut I decided I wanted to keep all my fingers. I ended up buying a tile cutter from Racedeck but tbh the cutter wasn’t big enough and I had to be creative with my cuts. Which resulted in some more sacrificed tiles.
not to mention all the dirt getting stuck on the the little tile holes. the floor looks good and i like the look of the tiles but have held off cause of that reason, was thinking of epoxying the floor instead.
The tiles are slanted so all of the runs out perfectly. I wash on mine no issues. People say what about the dirt under them ? That’s the whole point you don’t see the dirt ever.
About 15 to 16 boxes. I ordered some extra since I knew I was going to mess Some of the cuts up. I also order a bunch more when I display my car at a show I can have some on the floor and park the car on top Of it.
You're probably a better person than I am. But calling this your Dream is just lazy and unoriginal. Refer to my first sentence if your feelings got hurt. I'm all about people upgrading their garage correctly. I'll scroll thru your video titles after I type this. Better not be a bunch of generic, exaggerated clickbait titles, or I'm coming back. You seem smarter than that. A week ago, it was ULTIMATE DREAM GARAGE. Come on, man. Be better.
No hurt feeling here. But if you find that the title and thumbnail made you type all that up then maybe it’s you. There’s nothing clickbait about this title. I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon in my mouth, working hard in life to be able to have my own home, and upgrade things in my garage is considered my dream garage build. For someone to consider it their dream garage is subjective too. So what you consider a dream garage could totally be different than what others consider. If you don’t like it, hit the dislike button and carry on. Maybe my content ain’t for you. I’m sure there’s a bunch of other content you can watch that have a more creative way of making titles and thumbnails. Happy holidays
Dude you’re such a f’n hater. Can’t just enjoy the content without criticizing? Taking time out your life to spread negativity to another man is a sign of weakness and jealousy. I don’t give a damn if you don’t like it, stfu and make your own “Titles”, organize your own stuff and refer to the Exit. SMH
Looks awesome. Swisstrax for the win.
Absolutely 💯

Looks amazing! Is that a spotless water filtration system on the side of the wall?

I'd be cautious storing items in your attic unless the space is conditioned or the items you store are sealed air tight.
Yeah the only thing I’m storing up there is seasonal decorations and car parts. Nothing heavy since that could be an issue.
How about the water from melted snow in the northern climates and when you do a wash? Will it drain out?
Yes, i will be doing a follow up video with that, but there are channels underneath the tiles that allow the water to wash down.
What cutter did you use? Just got my swisstrax tiles getting ready to install
What system did you get for your water softener system? Did you install yourself? I’m trying to get one installed
How did you cut the SwissTrax? Garbage looks great!

@@TheDailyDriven I’m with you on not losing finger’s. Thanks for the info.
👍🏽👌🏽 sweet

Do those tiles support a jack when lifting a car?
Yup no issues at all! The tiles are VERY sturdy.
I would use a piece of plywood just in case
Would you be able to wash your car on top of this? I wash indoors with a push broom lol and it seems like water would be trapped in these tiles.

"I'm filming this live" do you film any other way?

Of it.
@ just pulling your leg. It was sarcasm, you repeated “16 boxes” a bunch of times in a matter of seconds at the beginning of the vid lol
Hard to tell through text but appreciate the humor
Hey Daily Driven, ever want to do a RUclips collab? How can I reach out to you / your team?
Garage is too small.
New construction builds are more focused on interior home space than garage space but I do wish it was deeper.
Plastic shit is wak,get some real coating like an epoxy
🤮🤢
The only people putting down epoxy, don't know better. SwissTracks is what you install to cover the epoxy you wasted money on.
@@timkinley1779I’ve had it for 5 years it’s been amazing. No chips and looks clean.
Wrong. Epoxy sucks, Swisstrax is far superior.
@@matthurleyV12have you had epoxy or are you just spilling bs from the internet?
