@@Cc30tre Narrow-minded comment. I deliberately talk about which instruments I use because there are so many plugins that can do the job, and I don't want people to feel limited if they don't have a specific one. Besides, plugins are just tools. You can have a hammer and nails, but without skills, you still won't build a house.
Nice video. Would have been great to actually see what instruments were being used in a tutorial about making a soul sample. Sample sounds great, just would have been helpful to know so that others can possibly confirm that they have them or purchase those plugins such as the choir being from Voices of Soul or the bass was the Rickenbacker Bass from Kontakt, etc...
Wow, that sounds well cool! I'm just trying to put together a template to make soul samples, I see you make different types of samples as well, this is all really helpful....subbed! 💯👍
Nice and clear walkthrough! Sounds really nice, can’t imagine anyone not finding this useful! I agree with your vision about plugins, there are a hundred pianos, no need to share your preferences, people who have negative comments on that really sound a bit spoilt in my opinion. You’re providing good useful insights without spoon feeding 😜 By your accent I’m guessing you’re from the Netherlands? Lekker bezig hoor!!!
Hi there, great video thanks! I was wondering given that these samples are to sound vintage, what do you use on for mastering? Is it really minimal with EQ, compression etc? Any idea would be gratefully appreciated. I think that in the past they didn't have so many effects and reverbs but I'm a bit new to all this, thanks again, subbed! ;D
Asking for a personalized vocal recording was the best thing! This sounds like a real sample, great job˜!
@@DiegoRocca thanks man, glad you liked it!
Hey, really GREAT run through! But can you share the plugins that you always go to? Or maybe the plugins you used here in the video?
addictive drums, keyscape piano, rickenbacker bass, voices of soul, session strings 2, mallet flux glockenspiel.
@@prodbuckrider THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT GATEKEEPING
Wait, he has a video “how to do this” yet doesn’t go into the plugins? Lol what a clickbait

I have some tape simulation and a slight bit of compression on the master, so yeah, really minimalistic
@@prodbuckrider Thanks for that buddy, really appreciate it! Have a fun day! ;D
