I don’t understand half the things on the screen, but he makes it sound so simple. Can’t imagine the amount of hard work that is poured into each song. Really, thank you for making these wonderful songs.
as a producer, i can say its pretty simple to do, especially the drums (as i cant play guitar :P), but thats what makes this track so great.. the synergy of a simple melodic beat, and keshi carrying it with his amazing vocals, makes it pleasant to the ears and isnt casting a shadow over the vocals with alot of movement on the beat, from what i can hear, even his vocal mixing isnt that hard, he just has natural gifted voice, which he has perfected over years of singing, so standing applause to keshi ^^
I love how Keshi always takes the time to make these behind the scenes videos. You can really see how genuinely passionate he is about sharing his music with his fans and showing us how he does it. Seems like all he really wants to do is put meaningful music out there.
less of you really hit differently and it came at the right time fr fr. It helped me move past my consistent missing of this guy who really didn’t treat me right but kept crashing into my life when he saw me struggling. And it always seemed like it was to be there for me, but all it was was him being bored and using me. This song really clicked with me right from the start. Your music is amazing, dude 🥺🥺🥺
this song helped me get through a break up with my first gf. she had a lot of empty promises and i gave it my all. the lyrics rlly clicked with what i went through. his music rlly is amazing.
i really like the mood and atmosphere of all his work....seeing how he made the songs and the steps that go into it really gives more emotion to the finished product
@5:17 "Tell me how your day was No, I'm not okay I don't know, I don't know, I don't know I don't know, I don't know, I don't know" Will always be my fav part of the song. Its hit me like a truck.
There's something about this song and bandaids that just hit me. Bittersweet. It hurts, but its also comforting. Your music puts me in a state of mind where I just sit there with my headphones, eyes closed, and let myself go. I feel like I'm getting the warmest hug, while also getting ripped apart. Keshi, your music is a truly beautiful art. I hope you never lose motivation to keep producing such masterpieces. I introduce your music to all my friends, even to those that don't listen to your genre, and they fall in love with your art. P.S: I've been learning bandaids, and now I'm excited to learn these chords too! Also, I grew up listening to Sungha Jung too, I still follow him to this day. He's the reason I started learning the guitar, he really inspired me.
I like his discussion at the end about how the harmonies, starting in that pseudo-dissonance arrives at a proper harmony somehow make it sound "sweeter". It reminds me a lot of the stuff Jacob Collier has said about chords and keys giving off different feelings based on the context of what came before. Really cool stuff keshi.
Fits perfectly with how he (Jacob Collier) talks about how harmony is always about "coming home". I was thinking about the same thing while watching--idk why but it's something that's always stuck to me when I try to write music and seeing Keshi do the same thing was really interesting to see
100% not gonna lie. I listen to this song at least 10 times/day, and now my mum even could sing along with the chords. Thanks for the absolutely amazing lyrics.
I Just want to say that i am truly thankful that you are exist keshi, please don't stop making all these masterpiece music. and last but not least keshi you inspire me a lot.
I'm taking highschool music GCSE and omg this is genius, really. i always struggle with composition, but find it fascinating how everything can fit in different categories of formation. musical structures can be difficult to understand at first, but once you get used to them, i believe you can do just about anything, to put it in simple terms.
It is actually 3:28 AM where I live and as I refreshed my feed, this video showed up.. thanks to you keshi I know I’m gonna sleep well 🥺 this is what I needed before falling asleep :)
srsly less of you is currently my favourite song of his. it gives me this nostalgic vibes, it hits differently that it has the ability to make my heart cry. idk, i love this so much.
Hey! idk if you'll see this keshi, but I've learned so much from these behind videos and your general artistry. You've truly inspired me to push my own musical sound and get better with production. Thank you for everything you're doing and looking forward to more beautiful music :)
as far as that "awkward" harmony, it definitely adds to it. the tone of the guitar, with the runs etc. the song has like... idk... a bright sound, but still a little bit of a sadness behind it? It's hard to explain. Very unique. And that harmony really pulls out that strange, nostalgic, "idk what i'm feeling but i think i like it?" vibe which is kinda exactly how i feel in real life in it's current state lol. My emotions all over the place. One second I think I'm okay, then im reminded of all the things in my life going wrong all at once. And this song just brings comfort in knowing im not alone. god, i love music. please keep making music, i love it. I can't wait to start producing and making my music, these are so inspiring for me. I really hope one day i could produce something close to how amazing this is, and be able to put the feeling into other people.
He is a big inspiration to me. This might sound crazy but he is like the mixture of John Mayer and Taylor swift, you know like his skills and ideas are just brilliant. CAn't wait for you to get even Bigger!!!!!
i may be a bit late but i really really really admire you, keshi. i admire how passionate you are in music and sharing every steps you made while the making of the bop songs. i am actually listening to all of your songs while im studying and these songs helped me so much with focusing and hardworking with my schoolworks. i really damn love and proud of you.
Keshi’s music be hitting me in the feels man🥺❤️And his voice is so soothing😧Like he be hitting different🥰I can have him on repeat and never get tired of him👌
This is my favorite song of yours. It makes me tear up a little, but also makes me really happy. I think that perfect balance of bitter/sweet is euphoria 🥺
I really love watching videos like this. It gives me the motivation to work on my music 🥺 i've been feeling lost for a while. About time to get back on track. Thanks Keshi ❤️
Honestly, watching the process is really amazing. Many years ago (over 20) I was blessed to be able to watch and listen to studio musicians lay tracks. Always mind blowing when they would all come together and just jam. Live music like that in a small space is other worldly to me. Live music is medicine. Disappointed that seeing Keshi live has been postponed. Thankful for these cyber moments.
Less of you hits so differently ! ❤️🙌 Everytime I hear it, I tear up❤️ this album came at the most perfect time for me and I just wanna thank you for that 😭💙 Keep up the great work

To be honest. It is just as simple as he shows. But nailing simplicity is hard but he has mastered it.
And nailing an easy beat requires great mixing, mastering and a great singer😉👍

4:54 when he joined in to sing that small part my heart went oops, and damn mister keshi i’m a big fan now :< hope to see you at a concert one day ;((
Keshi is freaking amazing, And he deserves every goodness and love in this world honestly.
he has such a good vibe around him and in his music 🥺🤍
just seeing all of his hard work makes me feel like a proud mom?? 🥺
*shows amazing best with loads of sounds*
Keshi: that’s all there is, it’s really not that much
😔
he’s referring to the fact that usually songs have way more tracks running at once
Eric Lee ohhh right, still to even think of that beat and make that songs just sounds like so much hard work and thinking to do to make it sound right
keshi is a different breed
When he did that unexpected finger style strumming at 0:59 it made me aww and cry. IT SENT ME TO THE FEELS ZONE.
this makes me want to watch the sunset with my best friends
I was stuck with bandaids but now i can't stop listening to this, it's just perfect, thanks.
