I had issues with mine after a couple months ..i got it for christmas ...i sent it in for an exchange ..didnt use the exchange and used the victrix for a while but they just updated it 10 days ago to not need icue at all and its god tier now with ddm

My iCue software doesn't even recognize my scuf controller anymore lol...
@@00XVIET damm lol thats no good, try uninstallin the app then reinstall With the newest version and make sure to try different usb ports aswell
The fact that we pay that much money to get something like that its just sad its unfortunate that it doesn't work because its a good controller
@@Codeguitar agree, the controller is perfect ,the icue software app was the problem, i havent had issues after the new icue update yet so far so all good for now. If i encounter problrms with the new update ill report it to yall 🤝

This update breaks the controller for a handful of games. (Halo Infinite for sure, I've seen reports for Forza and some others as well.) The game does not recognize the controller and you have to use Steam Input (read: input delay mode) in order to use it.
Oh thats crazy i havent had any problems yes while playing call of duty but dam hopefully they resolve it for the other games
@TakeNoteZ yeah CoD works fine. Funny enough, Halo Master Chief Collection is fine too. Hopefully enough support tickets get in to Corsair and the game devs to fix the issue
I haven’t had any issue on Halo Infinite since updating actually.

I returned my envision mine was really bad mid game my input would change to key and mouse exchanged it for victrix pro bfg and that controller has been amazing.

@@TakeNoteZ i was so disappointed i really wanted to use the envision but what a let down.i wanted a playstation lay out controller. I also have the scuf instinct that controller is really good.

Hey notez,
I just got my envision today and the settable buttons (G,S,P) only work with keyboard/mouse hotkeys, pause play and so on.
If I put an action button from the controller like A,B and X,Y on G,S,P they don't work... But the actual buttons (A,B,X,Y) do work in-game.
Any advice ?

Got this controller yesterday and it worked on Fortnite when I first got it. Now it only works on steam games but games like Fortnite Xdefiant it doesn’t recognize as a controller. Not sure why this is
@@justinmoss1983 hmm i see try uninstallin the app and reinstallin it and once you do make sure everythin upto date and give it a try while on Default.
@@TakeNoteZ tried all of that and it still didn’t work. It works on steam games just not Fortnite and Xdefiant still. Idk if I should try resetting the controller like with the button inside it or what I should do. I actually love this controller physically it’s just been a pain using the software

So wa u can do is , try to return it and switch to see if its something wrong with the controller and try it again ( Just tell best buy you just want an exchange because is not workin properly with the app that it uses ) Thats all… if the problem keeps happening then u can just get yur money back from them and i guess get a new controller. But also yeaa try to reset it somehow if u can before yu do the best buy switch if anything
Im so sick of Icue. Is so trash. My controller paddle keep having a delay either straight away or after a couple games. Always going back to my ps5 controller because of it. Is there any way of using this controller without the ICUE software?

you know how to set up independent slide and dive binds? im trying to set one of my side buttons to dive so i can slide with slide on slide only but dive with another bind but it just doesnt work, ive been told it works but i cant seem to get it to
U have to use the keybinds for keyboard instead of controller. So look up slide and dive independent on the keyboard option in the game and that will be the key button u set up on the button u want it on. I have my left side button for dive only and the right side button for slide

Hmm weird , try diferent usb ports on ur pc , make sure u in the right profile or make them default .if anythin reinstall the app and try again.
Make sure once you open up the icue app it recognizes the controller . If it does that means it should have no problem detecting the game aswell .
U use battlenet or steam to run your games?
@@TakeNoteZ none of my paddles are working with mine have tried custom maps and the presets. Is it a problem with steam?
@@sportfreak104 if yu havin problems wit steam try setting up the control input to default on steam and see if that work but also make sure you in the right controller profile aswell on icue, bcause you shouldnt have no problem with it

@@fatalfox13 😄yea tha be a sick one 👍and yeah they have different prices if they have custom plates or if you buying the pro version one that has all the features on the controller, like grip,mouse click trigers etc etc so i guess thats why the prices varies a bit
@@TakeNoteZ yeah that’s the thing that’s confusing me a bit because it is the envision pro but in white and it’s $150 cheaper than the rest of the colors like black, blue, orange. Also have they fixed the software I seen a lot of bad reviews for icue
@@fatalfox13 yea exactly the white one already comes a set price but when u add other custom colors i believe it adds an additional amount on top of it , but yea i get what you saying. And yea after i did this specific update that i show in this video , i have been using it for about 2 weeks or so and have had no problems whatso ever. But yea i agree the old version app was Dogg shit , so i guess they fixed it so far but ill keep everyone updated on it to see if anything changes but so far so good
my left digital trigger is not working but full trigger is working with no problem anyone know how to fix it thx
Try unisntallin the app and reinstall everythin again to latest update and then try diferent usb ports , also try it while everythin is at default and be on the right profile, it usually fixes it

@@TakeNoteZ hi coming back with update i tried everything you said and couple other things and it only works sometimes. for example it didn’t work at night but next day it had no issue but after few hours it just stoped again i don’t know what to do with it when only the digital trigger doesn’t work but full pull triger works with no issues whatsoever
@@hroudic_4358 my did the same thing, I believe the switch is likely worn out. Two different switches for the full trigger pull and the digital click one.

Wait for real? How many times has it crashed for u , cuz lowkey the other app was dogshit but i have had no problem so far at all but ill keep u updated. Also if anythin delete it and reinstall it back from the link that its pinned
Anyother input, yu can always use the device on memory/hardware mapping that way yu dont even need to worry about running the app or it crashing etc.
This software is so dogshit. My usb mode doesn’t even work. I have to use Bluetooth mode with it plugged in. The deadzone doesn’t even apply to the controller. I’ve adjusted it in app and in game and I can go 15% without the reticle moving. Like did they just release this to the market without product testing it at all

@@TakeNoteZ good looks on the advice works fine now. I am having a little problem with dead zones. Did you notice at first that you can push up to 15% without the reticle moving? The software doesn’t seem to affect it. Could I just have a bad factory controller?
