From the gameplay to the soundtrack, this one was firing on all cylinders. EA needs to get their stuff together. The last half descent one was Payback.
I had gotten the black edition back in the day hoping to drive the Camaro SS in career mode. I was super disappointed that I couldn't to say the least. Still the best NFS.
Remember when I first played this game, I had black edition and I completed the hardest challenge before I finished the story. So, in the final mission, where you have to wait for the voice on the phone to tell you to jump over the bridge, istead of just circling on the highway, I tried to take out a few cop cars and hide, and didn't understand why they always found me even undercover, and why does this level of difficulty seem harder than a higher one I have already completed in a challenge
So, the only difference is in freaking cars, that is not even available in main game but only in fast race mode?? Man, what a waste of potential. I mean, they could make those cars available in main game, add more features, such as extended car upgrades and stuff, and add some kind of new ability. Like, the ability to play as a cop for example, driving around and taking down some racers. And i always wonder, what is the difference between standart and black edition. Now i know.
So im now knowing i played the black edition thinking its the regular dang i remember i had millions on this game i say this is the best nfs based on physics
The real annoying part is I had the black edition and the save files weren’t compatible with the regular edition because of the possible different cars and liveries I guess?
Im still playing this game on my Ps2 but the standard version, been playing since I was 15 and till this day not a single racing game come's close to this, I can't seem to get out of this loophole 😅
I used to have a chance to get the black edition but i didn't get it because i didn't think back then the game would be that much different and, as a kid, i wanted another game lol
I like this version of the game, I remember there was a part of the VFX where Josie Maran raises her arms happily interacting with the actor Paul Walker the executive producer posted on his instagram saying: *Good guys here are the names of the people who appeared in our video game and it is not who everyone believes is someone with an identical name*, and if one puts in 0.25x you can see a portion of his face resembling the actor Aaron Paul xD
If these pretuned cars included in the black edition had unique vinyls or bodykits and stuff, then *maybe* it'd be worth it, but some of these you can literally recreate 1 to 1 by yourself. Pretty much the only *actual* unique additions are the M3 E46 and Camaro.
This year marks 20 years since Underground 2 was released, and the next one will be for Most Wanted 2005 and then for Carbon. Three absolute bangers and legendary games in their own respects. First one's for the free roam, customization and vibe, second one for the sheer level of high octane action and races and the latter, for the never racking and intense canyon races. BlackBox just nailed it with those.
this was very interesting, i have the non black edition on cd here for PC and I always saw the black edition on ebay and stuff and I never knew what it meant... nice one
i once got a version of the game where the BMW M3 GTR was black not silver blue, i didn't know about that, all i knew was to play and enjoy the game because at that time i'm a child
Shame this game can only be pirated because EA doesn't want to sell this game despite its legendary status. Nearly every gamer in the world loves this game. It came out on every system.
I would say yes, what sucks was back then we did see that the black edition content was on all disks (maybe the camaro was the only unique car, weird ho w the devs bothered to remove the race car M3 and Camaro from the cpu's random selection, but not the street version and C6R). That heat 7 challenge was pretty fun too. I am sure black edition had more stuff am forgetting. It was a slightly more expensive version of a game that turned out to be utterly outstanding. The only thing i am sad about is europe only got it for PS2, while the USA got it for PC and Xbox too (horrible luck with ps2s :( )

The legendary NFS Most Wanted is still the Best one out there .
One of the best fot sure!
i haven’t played this game since I was like 6 and it will be one of the first things I purchase with my first paycheck
I always thought the M3 GTR Street was a cut car
Didn’t know you could drive it in the Black edition
the songs... I remember being 10, putting time in the garage customizing my car till 3am
Now i know.
Damn the 00’s EA was good, almost every title is a legend. I hope managers will understand it someday
Oh man... the nostalgia hits like a truck..
Just re play this game again yesterday on my old ps2..damn the nostalgic feeling is real
back when EA was not a cash grab
I do have the Black edition for pc and I'm from India! My dad bought it for me, neither of us had any idea that it's special. Bought it back in 2011.
I have a black edition copy for the ps2 with the bonus dvd and also carbon CE with the dvd. I'm keeping those forever
That's nice, Carbon ce was even better in my opinion
Man this bmw car .... its just everyone's real life dream car ....
in the Black edition, it has an exclusive vinyl in the trophy section that can be used in career mode
Please Give Me Download Link Of Nfs Mw Normal Version Not Black Edition
This game is a certified hood classic. Thanks for the video, man.
So im now knowing i played the black edition thinking its the regular dang i remember i had millions on this game i say this is the best nfs based on physics
“so hackers can compete for the world record” 😂
I have a pirated black edition, and I didn’t even know there was anything unique about it besides the Black Edition challenge
one of my favorite games ever
when i got some xbox games on xmas morning it was the first thing i played, still remember that day
The real annoying part is I had the black edition and the save files weren’t compatible with the regular edition because of the possible different cars and liveries I guess?
Im still playing this game on my Ps2 but the standard version, been playing since I was 15 and till this day not a single racing game come's close to this, I can't seem to get out of this loophole 😅
Love this channel
Keep it up!
Thanks! 🙏
I used to have a chance to get the black edition but i didn't get it because i didn't think back then the game would be that much different and, as a kid, i wanted another game lol
i literally playing on my potato pc...i thought my pc cant run game like this...really nostalgia playing this game
I like this version of the game, I remember there was a part of the VFX where Josie Maran raises her arms happily interacting with the actor Paul Walker the executive producer posted on his instagram saying:
*Good guys here are the names of the people who appeared in our video game and it is not who everyone believes is someone with an identical name*,
and if one puts in 0.25x you can see a portion of his face resembling the actor Aaron Paul xD
Woow I didn’t know that
If these pretuned cars included in the black edition had unique vinyls or bodykits and stuff, then *maybe* it'd be worth it, but some of these you can literally recreate 1 to 1 by yourself. Pretty much the only *actual* unique additions are the M3 E46 and Camaro.
Seems like we're together again, NFSMW 2005 team...
Black Box
Him: ItS tHe MoSt difficult ChAlLaNgE
Me: completes it 50 times
Yeah this challenge is a joke, you can do it in like 2min
resident evil 4, gta san andreas and need for speed are the best game we got from 2005 and they are still masterpiece to this day
Can you believe that nfs went from this to payback😭
True the C6.R was insane and probably the best car in the game...
Ea black box times best times for need for speed...
NFS MW black edition PS2 is the best game ever in my life. And I have it to play it again ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
my dad got me the black edition when i was 5
That’s so nice, big respect to your dad
Anyone noticed his voice went to the right ear when the car went near the tree in 3:06
Maaaaaad respect
Its an easter egg, not everyone will find it 😉
@@fueledwithboost wooooooow !
That's amazing !!!
It's a good one 😄👌
this was very interesting, i have the non black edition on cd here for PC and I always saw the black edition on ebay and stuff and I never knew what it meant...
nice one
i once got a version of the game where the BMW M3 GTR was black not silver blue, i didn't know about that, all i knew was to play and enjoy the game because at that time i'm a child
Chevrolet camaro is the only "old" muscle car in the game.
Nice, never thought of that 🔥
Shame this game can only be pirated because EA doesn't want to sell this game despite its legendary status. Nearly every gamer in the world loves this game. It came out on every system.
I want this on ps5 🤟
This would be nice to have on ps5 for sure
Feels better on PS2 tho
Hi)
Nice video bro, i hope u will be popular. Have a nice day
