98 Ralf's Galactica Punch was the best. It was a last ditch hope against stronger fancy fighters. That really did him a disservice nerffing him like they did.
I miss the old Ralf Jones, fun, easy to use, one of the biggest damaging characters in KOF, until he got changed into his rushdown archetype rather than his charged high damage archetype.
He shouldn't be missed because...imagine this you are in an online competitive match and you suddenly encounter a Ralf player with this OHKO intact. Do you wish for him to be banned if you ever wish to play as him?

So sad to see that they killed the point of the GP. It was meant to be Feared and respected. Now you can jab at most parts to stop it, no matter when it's going on you can stop it with a projectile. Used to be that you saw that wind up, you got out of the way... that was it. you have a command grab?.. hope you know when they are coming at you so you can time it right. Unless you were Geese or one of a few people that had a counter stance... you got out of the way because there was no stopping this move. Now... the move isn't even worth the bars or commitment to pull it off

KOF XIV and XV use 3D renders Nothing against those but drawings are much better! In SNK Heroines they used artworks for the characters and those look really good!! Pretty sure everyone will have complained if they did not nerf it at all, but I think the move has lost its luster (invincibility) over the years.
The move is totally useless in competitive play, so nerfing it is pointless.
KoF 13's Galactica Phantom could lead into some sick combos though, so that's nice.
