Needed to hear this! been trying to practice my tongue posture to help my TMJ. I get frustrated often and begin to clench & mouth breathe. Especially at night or at work. Thank you, will begin to celebrate and show gratitude during this journey.
I understand how you feel, I'm basically in the same situation. I've had TMJ for 3 years and I've realized that my clenching habit has come back. For that reason I'm trying to find the right posture to avoid jaw stress and clenching. Really frustrating
