My vacuum had the same problem, but I was able to fix it without replacing the motor. One of the three motor connections (soldered to the circuit board inside the motor) had a crack. I fixed it with a quick solder joint and the motor was working fine after that.
thanks. I was lookiing into this vacuum costing $30 only, which they has a direct motor. turns out the motor setup is similar to this, however that can't be possibly brushless motor for $30. Im itching to buy the $30 and see the ins and outs of that newly posted/sell vacuum

My Xiaomi mijia vacuum cleaner seems to be almost the same one as Dreame V11 except it is in white and the screen is a bit different. It is not charging and the sceen shows Error 4 code. Do you know what dose it mean or how to fix it.

My v11 indicator when i turn on is normal, but the motor did not turn ON.......is that same with yours?

2:26 how did you take out the motor? It seems there is a lot of rubber tape around and I am not able to take it out. Of course, screws are removed.
