agent smith cameos is pretty crazy he was in contracts and pretty much all of the hitman games. he's like the stan lee cameos for hitman LOL he stays in some f'd up situations, but somehow we (the player) always bail him out but lowkey he's one of the best hitman characters and funny af. LOL

You did a pretty cool way to finish. I finished this mission in 1 hour in the first play and that so hard. I will try your way. Ps. I love to finish all mission in the first play with non lethal way before look in to a RUclips guild and story mission guild.

Try not to get caught by NPC and hide everything, I get caught by NPC in this video 😂

It's very possible. Soders usually is harder to do face to face, SASO, for me.

I guess its possible but you need to pacify all the surgeons and doctors watching from 2nd floor, also guards that can see into the room and time the kill perfectly, all that while suit only and not being noticed. Yeah I see why he didn’t bother to do that

Every time I play this game I think to myself how happy I am to already have had all the elusive target suits so I don’t have to use 47 horrid signature suit, I’ll never understand why they downgraded the suits in the game for whatever reason. Sorry that was just irrelevant 😂

@@EagleLovesGames I figured out some routes to get into in illegal outfits, but it seems impossible without the key hack, and once on the operating floor, there are simply too many eyes.
