Howard, I appreciate your flying talk. HO trains was my first hobby. I currently fly for a hobby in an Aeronca Champ. I definitely fly IFR. Nothing better than navigating with roads and water towers.
Actually, the Champ 7AC was a hell of a lot of fun flying. I have found 65 horsepower is a challenge in addition to being a ball to fly. I have flown planes as large as a DC6, but most of my hours are in a Twin Beech G18s. I'd still, if given the choice of what I prefer.....The Aeronca Champ wins hands down. Keep flying, my friend!
I've been listening to your videos while working on scratchbuilding my first car. I really enjoy hearing from you and Howard, especially these "day in the shop" videos.
