Chapter 7 has got some tricky floor lights puzzle sections to get through. You need them to get to the chests in the X-Naut Fortress, which will give you some of the playing card keys to open the locked door. There are three in total, but one of them is way harder than the others, but if you follow the route that I take then you'll be able to breeze on through.
