This plant leaves are used for chutney by Andhra people(Andhra Pradesh, India) and it is called as Andhra matha 😊

I ordered twice kenaf seeds and the first were brown and a lot larger than in this video while the once I got now are dark and look more like in the video ... seems that I probably got the right once the second time --- there was a difference in weight of at least ten times so I think it can't be that all two were kenaf seeds

Maybe fibres vs seed varieties. Or maybe you got sth completely different. It happens

there is little info about this plant and compared to hemp this plant is almost unknown ---- if you ever have grown hemp you instantly know it isn't because of the flowers and fruit capsules - not only they are looking different but they are also on the wrong place ---- I suppose kenaf is unisex
