Hi I am still facing the same problem and the Security Update KB5009543 is listed on update history but KB5009543 is not listed in that table from where we can uninstall update

I had this problem and before I found your video I upgraded to Windows 11. Did not fix the issue. I did a full wipe and system restore which did not fix the issue. The problem I have now is I do not see that Windows Update listed so I can’t remove it. Any suggestions?

you can again check for windows update and it will install for you, but I would suggest pausing the updates for 7 days until Microsoft release a fix for this, otherwise, the issue will occur again.
