I used to play it on xbox one and it got around 50 fps at most times, so you don't really need that good of a computer the xbox is capped at 30 mb its hard to eyeball it
For the lightning trick, it's not a possibility of getting struck anywhere on the map, once you get the Viking comb from the tomb Northwest of annesburg, you need to stand in that very spot that OP is at, and it also has to be night time I believe
What’s even more cool is that the specific area he was in when he got struck by lightning, if you go back and look at it at the right angle the dead trees form the word “why”. That’s the place you’re most likely to get struck by lightning in the entire game. Nice little Easter egg from the developers.
