If you have a hogtied NPC on the back of your horse and you then take [t⁰00😅⁰😅he horses to the swimming (while riding) in deep water (WhYich covers the NPC's head due to how low in the water the horse will be), the NPC will stop struggling and will instead briefly stick their head out of the water every few seconds to take a gasp of air, then relax and hold their head under water for several seconds

I love the sound of the tree falling, I don’t know why but I love the sounds of trees and specifically the sound they make when they fall. The creaking building up to cracking then the fall and the slam when it hits the ground is so satisfying.
All well it's still a game, but to speak on realism it is extremely enduring to swim fully clothes, with multiple layers,....especially having cowboy boots on that instantly fill with water. Ppl drown all the time in water fully clothed. It's not too hard to imagine him not being able to swim very long fully dressed like that

I shot a hawk and was going out to get him, when an alligator grabbed my ass. Everyone is seen after that I shoot at them, but they run in the water. I was so pissed that I spent two hours hunting alligators. Damn rattlesnake almost bit me. It somehow makes you feel like you playing VR without the headset.
Started playing the game this month and i love every minute. I was impressed and confused when I met 3 NPCs building a wooden house and seeing the progress after passing by after some ingame days. Just awesome!
all the small details make this game so immersive and enjoyable by far my most favorite game im on my 7th play through of story and i’m level 200 online
One time I was hunting, and it became night. I saw the galaxy and it was so beautiful. I had never seen that before and I just stared at it for a couple seconds.
I love how they accounted for light pollution when there was nearly none at all in the 1800s. I could see it happening in a MAJOR city in that time period but not a small one, I definitely would not have thought in the red dead universe.

I think outside the fact that they put so much work in details, that proves that it's a really great company that works with passion, I mean the tree falling thing, I imagine many other companies would've implemented that as a gameplay feature (since it's so detailed) but not Rockstar, they made an amazing animation/sound effects etc... but didn't implement a gameplay around it, they just made it for the realistic details in their game ! Best game ever !
RDR2 is maybe the first game since Oblivion where watching NPCs go about their lives is actually fun. Not only that, for example: If a fancy man is drinking in a bar, eventually he will leave the bar and stumble off home down an alleyway, where you can engage him in friendly conversation away from prying eyes.
