Is there way to change the color of the pattern when applying them?

Posted some pics to Facebook and a prominent freelance photographer went online and stole them! Now I'll have to file suit for copyright infringement!!!
Although I'd included my PhotoLogo signature on the pictures he erased it. With the instructions you've given in this video, I'm hoping this will make it more difficult and time consuming for anyone to do it again.
