As far as those lines between your eyes/on the bridge of your nose: I don't know what the proper name for them is but my mother would always tell me: "Stop "knitting your brows"!" And I think that's how I acquired mine...which I've had forever!
So...miss "8th Day"...stop " knitting your brows" or else those nasty wrinkles will appear! 😊

Do you have to do all excercises or can you do like for exapmple just 3/4 of them and can i do it with acne?
I DID IT WITHOUT OIL IS THAT BAD?!?? I really don’t want tinkles I’m too young for that😭
You can put water on your face and then do it I recommend to do it in the shower but other than that be careful !!
