You could do with a little flat handle on those access panels to make life easier when you are on the go, travelling. Great job with the floor. Like the change in appearance. Whatever works for the road or in general. I have a no build, build in my car. I use to part-time camp in a tiny old Cheverlot Spark, with the bare minimum. Loved it, although that experience wasn't actually planned was dues to tent being flooded out. That's how I got into car camping. Nearly bought a van and then just evaluated my needs. No regrets with bigger car, not had new vehicle long. I only need it as a base to sleep and chill, but love it. Anyway stay blessed, keep the updates coming. I finally found a set up.that works for me in all areas. Love it. Part-time solo lady car camper 🇬🇧
I kind fell into in a similar matter. I had a 2012 Ford Fiesta, was doing a week long road trip, staying at campgrounds along the way. The second night it was raining and storming and didn't feel like setting up the tent in all that. I slept in the car and after that was like who needs a tent!
@@SeekingNewHorizonsTV 100% agreed. No need for a tent, I think you are more safer in a car too, love your story and change with view on a tent. In a car you can drive off if needs be as you know e.g. Honk the horn etc. I am now changing things up in my car, with a few extras that should make life better improved with car camping. Hope you are still enjoying car camping, stay safe and blessed. 🙏🏾 Solo part-time Lady Camper 🇬🇧
Maybe you could drill a small hole in the middle of your access panels so you can hook it with your finger. Might make it easier. Congrats on your progress.
I was wondering. in part 1 you said you knew very little, but I saw the nice work area and thought that did not jive, it's your stepdads, now it makes sense.
For a beginner carpenter you’re doing a great job. Cheers
Floor looks great, well done! 🇦🇺
Thank you!
Flooring came out beautiful.
Thank you!

Looks great 👍
Thank you!
It looks amazing! You did a great job and gave me ideas for my van. I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna but it’s INSANE how similar our vans are inside. 😀
Thank you! I have noticed myself a lot of minivans are similar on the inside. Glad was able to give you some ideas. Good luck on your build!

Thanks for the suggestion, that's not a bad idea.
Nice I have an 2012 sadona. Trying to do same thing.
Thank you! I hope you find my video helpful on your build. Good luck on your build!

Yeah, I probably should have stated that in part 1.
Put a thumb hole in those panels for the fuel pump, and tire access... it will be easy to remove.

you will not be able to fit a spare tire through that little cut out.
Lol it’s just where you access the bolt thing to lower it.
