Its fun to see your east coast beach town videos. Im a big fan of Elin Hilderbrands beach novels and she has based most of her novels around these towns.
I love Cape Cod. When I was growing up we used to go there in the summers and I’ll never fit the 4th of July fireworks on a golf course and the Penny candy store lol ❤❤
Thank you! Thanks for watching! 🧡 Someone did suggest Skate Beach to us when we were there, but we didn't have time to get over there! We'll have to come back & check it out!
Loved your video… love all your videos and we love Cape Cod! If you go back, make sure to visit Provincetown Library. The Rose Dorethea Schooner model is absolutely gorgeous as well as the rest of the library.
Got a family cottage in Dennis Port , driven by the Freebird many times never stopped in , might have to check it out sometime. Ptown is always a fun day trip. parking can suck, so going during the off season isn't a bad plan either as they don't charge for parking then.
Thank you for these last 2 videos, we are heading on a New England cruise up thru Canada, Maine. We are going to spend 4 extra days in Boston and the last video gave us some great tips on sight seeing, and this one is doing the same around the Cape Cod area👍 Thank you so much for sharing your adventures and your Joy for Life and what the USA has to see and all the history we have. We are coming from Calif. where our history is new, nothing like the East Coast!
Hey, we actually went over to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard in the next vlog of our NE Summer Trip. We did love it! It was so fun & beautiful! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing your trips, it looked so beautiful and very fun !!! I look forward to the next one . Fall is coming soon I hope you share a trip ! ❤
Loved watching this!! I grew up with a family house in Welfleet and spent all of my summers there, so that was awesome to see! My husband and I got married on the beach there (sort of a dinner time elopement lol) and that dune was my aisle! I also grew up in ptown and we did that as a day honeymoon. Love the marine specialties store!! Haven’t tried the canteen before but now it’s on my list for this weekend!! 😊
We rented one of white cottages you showed in Truro this past July 4 week. We love that area. Just a short walk through the dunes to the beach and awesome views of Ptown.
Fantastic Truth be know we all appreciate content/info on areas we really like and/or are familiar with as we can then relate specifically to THAT say feeling. Even if I wasn't a fan of Cape Cod or had never been -your video would make be try it again,so to speak or definitely want to go for a first time. I'm really into the smaller motels and motor lodges versus the big "resorts". Most are so well done and cozy! Hope you had a chance to check out the South Shore Drive area of West/South Yarmouth as well! (Just maybe 2 miles from the Freebird).
Thanks so much for the kind words! We really appreciate you watching & for commenting! 🧡 We didn't get a chance to see South Shore Drive. We'll have to plan a drive there next time! Totally agree about the smaller motels & motor lodges! They are definitely some of our favorites! They have so much charm!
New subscriber here! Y'all were a random recommendation and decided to watch. Now, I am getting caught up and binge watching y'all's videos (even though I should be studying to finish out my degree). Keep up the great work folks! I am running the likes up! Be blessed!
Fun fact! The Freebird hotel used to be the Hunter's Green Motel. I used to go every summer with my entire family (20+ people). I was able to recognize it instantly by the pool! I'm glad you enjoyed my second home!
So happy you guys liked Cape Cod! My grandparents summer house is in Eastham, MA. So happy you filmed The Nauset Lighthouse, and the Beachcomber. Also P-town is always crazy! Travel safe :)
That's so cool! We met a few locals when we were there & they all said they love it so much! I'm sure it's so fun living there or knowing someone that does! P-town was definitely crazy! We loved it all! Thanks so much for watching! 🧡
Love watching your videos! I’m not too far from the cape so I do plenty of day trips in the summer (and have some friends with beach houses there 😆). The traffic dies down significantly after Labor Day. Each town is so fun to explore! They’re all similar but unique and special in their own ways. I understand you thinking Maine water is cold but cape water?! That’s some of the warmest around 😂 check out the bayside beaches next time - water is warmer! Mayflower is my favorite, especially for sunset. The sharks have become a problem in the last decade with the increase in seals so funny enough jaws was filmed here before the sharks were even a problem! There’s so much to explore in New England so come back soon 🩷
Great video guys as always! Live in RI and Cape Cod has always been a great Summer trip with the family! Glad you enjoyed it so much. James, wondering about your sunglasses? Maybe the make and where you purchased.
Cape Cod is one of my favorite places to travel and you represented it well. You highlighted so many good places and make me want to go back soon. I also want to add that Provincetown is the best small-town destination for LGBTQ travellers in the USA. It's long been hailed as one of the most liberal towns in the country. We didn’t know that as travelers but it’s a neat piece of information anyone who is part of that community. There’s a deep history there for LGBTQ rights. It’s one lively, artsy and colorful spot.
Great Whites weren't as prevalent here, when Jaws was filmed on the Vineyard... We have way too many seals here now, and that food source draws the Whites in... Orleans, pronounced (Or-leens)... Always "on" Cape Cod... Never "in"... If you thought the Sound side water was cold, you definitely wouldn't want to swim on the Bay side... Lol... P-Town definitely slows down during the winter months... Although not as dead as it used to be years ago, as we have way too many people here year-round nowadays on the Cape...
James, please Stop putting your hand up to the camera to end that particular segment! It truly is annoying to your viewers! Thank you, everything else is perfect. Sorry, just cut the camera👍
I live here and watching this makes me realize how much I take it for granted.
It really is such a beautiful place!!
Provincetown is a magical place
I love Cape Cod. I enjoyed watching this video❤

Looks like a nice vacation spot. So pretty to ride bikes past all the hydrangeas and cute homes. Such cute restraints and shops. So clean looking.
It’s always great to watch you both enjoying life to the full 👍😎
Thank you! Thanks for watching! 🧡

Been obsessed with Cape Cod since the first time I saw Splash as a kid.
We've never seen that one! We'll have to check it out! Thank you for watching! 🧡

We love it too!! 🧡 Thanks so much for watching! That sounds like such a fun memory! I'm sure those summers were amazing! 🌊
Cape Cod looks wonderful. I must make my way down there sometime soon, maybe next Summer!?
You definitely should! Thanks so much for watching! 🤟
Great video! Cape cod is beautiful! The water is warmer on Cape Cod Bay beaches. Skaket beach in Orleans is our favorite! Amazing sunsets there!
Thank you! Thanks for watching! 🧡 Someone did suggest Skate Beach to us when we were there, but we didn't have time to get over there! We'll have to come back & check it out!

James, those stacks of rocks are called Jetty's. They protect the shorelines from erosion, tides etc.
You were so close to a two or three day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. You would love it.

Liked, subscribed, booked that trip! Your content is seriously underrated! Keep it up, guys!
Enjoyed your video! Love Cape Cod and this was one of the best videos I’ve watched! You need to try Moby Dicks in Wellfleet next trip.
Y'all would love Niagara on the Lake if you ever get up to Canada. It is the MOST CHARMING little town!

My sister lives in Dennis 6a side❤
Question. I've seen your Boston video. I would imagine no car is necessary in Boston?
Cape Cod looks like a romantic novel
Y'alls opening song is stuck in my 5yr olds head. Lol
